Obviously it's not illegal, but I am aware Americans might have some cultural hang-ups about near nudity, especially with males.

For the 2nd time, they drove over my lawn and left huge tire marks. They did it in the middle of the night, and I had just seeded and fertilized it and it was looking nice. Now it has 8 1/2 inch by 6 foot tire treads in the middle of the lawn. I've filed a report with the police for both incidents, but there is nothing they can do without proof. What should I do?

It's next weekend and I really need a count. I'm going to send out a email to most of the family's to see if they're coming. Can anyone help me with how to word this email? He's turning 4, so it's going to be sent to the mom's. I made all the invitations out to The X Family.

Serious answers only please. Thanks!

Do they look at you as being inconsiderate by not offering? Is It expectant? I was brought up to always wash the dishes. My mother always had me in the kitchen no matter where we went. After moving out of the house and living on my own I coutinued Always offering and doing the dishes after eating.
Besides your families house , when invited for dinner should I always ask if they need help in the kitchen? I find that outsiders don't want you doing their dishes but family wants you to do them.

my boyfriend's mother is always giving us stuff that she doesn't want. she claims that we need this stuff and she'll bring it over with the disclaimer "throw it away if you don't want it." i like his mom a lot, but this is getting old. for example, i have a 8 month son and she keeps raiding yard sales for him. this would be great if she got him stuff i could actually use, but she buys toys meant for 10 year olds and clothes for 8 year olds

i appreciate her trying to help, but sometimes i feel like she is treating our house as her personal storage/waste dump. i had to bite my tongue the other day when she came over and declared, "WOW! ya'll are really outgrowing this apartment." i wanted to say, "it's not the apartment, it's the 6 lamps you gave us last week!" my bf knows what she's doing but won't tell her. i don't want to be rude.

so, do i just keep giving her stuff away for her, or storing it in my limited space? or tell her politely? do you think it would hurt her feelings?

My ex got in a wreck so now he is on a walker. He will get off it soon maybe a month. He called me right after the accident and I helped him with everything from meals to bathing cause I loved him.We got back together. that was 4 months ago .Now he is just being such a jerk. So rude.He said when he got his settlement he was going to take a trip to Amsterdam where they have the autobon and marijauna is legal and all. Its supposed to be beautiful. He told me that he couldnt take me along because i was a prude and all.I dont think Im a prude I used to work in a bar but yes some things offend me but Im not going to go up to someone and say hey stop being a prostitute or nothing like that. It really made me mad. How do I ditch this ungrateful ***?Oh yes he always goes on about his poor mother how she takes care of his house when Ive spent many a day working.scrubbing, mopping his house.Im disgusted by him.I want to dump him but not in a way so the whole town thinks Im heartless.

My teacher is cool and all, but shes a little revealing. She wears shirts and pants that are see through with no bra and a thong underneath. We recently wen swimming as a class and my teaacher cam inside of the pool. This isn't so bad...BUT SHE CAME OUT IN A BIKINI! She has her HUGE boobs nearly out of it, showing A LOT of cleavage. And to make matters worse, the boys had to change in hte same room as hte teachers, without any stalls. Me and my teacher were the last and only ones in the room and I saw her...BUTT NAKED! she is pretty good looking for 25
When we went to quebec she knocked on our door to tell us to quiet down, and u could see her bare back and her naked butt and vagina. She is 25 nd she told us she is a DD, is this appropriate?

We went this morning to help decorate our church for Christmas. Some of the older ladies there were "supervising" and telling everyone what to do? It wasn't extreme, just kind of funny. It made me start thinking that a lot of people are like that...to the extreme. What do you do when you encounter someone like that?

For example, today the cashier yelled at me for filling up my shopping basket (the hand held kind). Apparently she didn't think it should be full like that, and that i have to use a push cart next time.
They also yell at you for myriad other reasons, and like to boss you around.
What has started this phenomenon of being rude to the customer? Is it because of foreigners working there, or younger people are like this, or they are trained this way or what?

Where do I start? Ok so we invited my 4 yr old son's friend and his parents over for Thanksgiving and they were delighted to come join us. I asked the mom before hand if she and her family were allergic to anything or can't eat any foods. She said they can't chocolates or drink sodas but everything else they can eat. So we made a lot of food and cleaned up our place to make it comfortable for the guests. When the guests arrived, I welcomed the parents by hugging them and when I hugged the dad, the dad just stood there and didn't hug me back for some reason. This made me feel weird so I let it go.
I asked if they would like anything to drink or eat and they all ate but the mom didn't want to eat anything or drink anything at all. I soon found out before I served her turkey that she didn't eat meat and she was a vegetarian. I wondered why she didn't tell me beforehand that she couldn't eat meat, so I could fix her something else. Continued......

Hate in-laws gift exchange. I feel that I go with something nice and bring their re-gifted crap home. Last year they wanted to bump up the price because they said they can't find anything good for $30. I said no way. I am not doing the gift exchange. My brother and sister in law seriously must go to garage sales or shop on clearance racks for a $15 gift and pass it off as $30. You can tell because the boxes look like they have been on the shelf for 20 years. I have gone along with the exchange because it's my husbands family and don't feel it's my place to change traditions. However I'm seriously sick of spending money to get a crappy gift in exchange which no though was put into. How can I not participate when there is only 6 people at this event. I also don't want to suggest drawing names because before when we shopped individually for people I would put much though in the gift to receive bath products from these people that they must have received from a student 15 yrs ago

I went into Monsoon in Southend-on-Sea yesterday (name and shame) and the shop assistant took 5 minutes to realise I was waiting at the counter to be served. She was tidying some clothes racks with all the enthusiasm of a baked potato. Then when she served me she ripped the garment from the hanger with such force it was almost damaged, then left the security tag on so the alarm went off when I walked out. For the prices that Monsoon charge I don't expect to be served by a bored, jobbing student with no customer service training. Anyone else had a bad experience with a shop assistant recently?

basically i share a room with my mom. im too poor to get my own place so anywho this is what happened. im in my room and im listening to music. my mom comes in and turns on the tv. i ask her to turn off the tv because i was listening to the music. she tells me to go down stairs and listen to music there but i obviously cant bring the sterio down stairs and i tell her ,"why cant you watch tv down stairs" because clearly theres a tv down there. she furiously yells (not even exagerating) "this is my ******* house, and im paying for this ****" so anyway i just leave the room. now, my question is what type of word can i use to describe her?

I saw a father simply drop off his pre-school kid in the middle of the street and tell him to go on in by himself. Relunctantly the kid look back and make several attempt to walk back to the BMW, I patiently waited behind the stopped vehicle and after about 1 minute, the man opens the door and walk the kid in beyond the gate and hurry back to his vehicle. Understanding that maybe the first few days of a new school, I Calmly pull up to the man and suggested "you should walk in with him". I repeated the same statement when the man exclaimed "WHAT!". Then to my surprise, he said "Mind your own business" as I was pulling away. On one hand, I am glad I said something but not quite sure how to react with that comment. Should I have mind my own business and drive away and said nothing?

As to size, it's a fairly small office.
