i work at mcdonalds anyway this guy there keeps looking at me strangely nd is reli rude 2 me ive heard he is being racist behind my back but i dnt know whether theres any point teling the manager since i am only at mcdonalds temporary i plan on finishing soon. the worker is long term. help

the problem is with him, i recommend you ignore him, if you are not gonna stay there anyway. he is trying to get a reaction out of you by acting the way he does. don't give him the pleasure.

Even though you are leaving soon, this guy can carry on being racist and rude to other people.
It might help to tell the manager but just make sure this guy doesn't find out and become violent.

staring at someone is actually very rude. Let your manager/supervisor know about this, but please let whoever u're reporting him to be a neutral person not someone that would go and laugh with him behind your back. Then ignore him totally, he's obviously seeking for attention.

If he is being racist to you and you don't report it then when will it stop? We have to stand up for our rights and just because you are leaving does not mean the racism will not follow you.

Africana is absolutely right, dont even give him the satisfaction.... in fact, be above him and his hatred of mankind....... go about your day.... everyday for the rest of your life, you will deal with one person or another that will treat you like garbage..... rise above and dont give anyone the satisfaction of getting you heated.....

skill its the only cop out he could think of of because of the fact the "suitable" thank you to interrupt up. Or until eventually its like heavily on your face, then because of the fact he needs you to be jealous. possibly rigidity from somebody else to try this.
