when a stranger or someone you meet/talk the first time uses words of endearment to you, especially if it's the opposite sex? Instant messages like, "Hey, babe? How are you?".

First, my father's brother passed away about ten years ago leaving a wife of three years. My family hardly ever got to know her and did not have much of a relationship after his death.

My mother was adament that she was not invited to my sister's wedding, which my father initially agreed upon as well. However, his family threatened to not show up to the wedding is my aunt was not invited, therefore my father invited her, also after being handed $1000 from his parents.

About a week later, once my uncle's widow received the invitiation, my father rescinded the invitation, telling her that he only sent it due to the threats from his family. Was this right?

Also, my sister invited one of my friend (well, he's not really a friend, he's someone i've known for the past 10 years amd everyone gets annoyed by). After overhearing from my sister that she did not receive a gift from him, my father calledh im and told him he used poor wedding etiquette. Was this right?

Give yur thughts

I do bad things for fun. then I block it from my mind.
Recently I feel bad about what I have done on Tuesday, and Thursday nights...
What can I do, to do far worse things, and not feel bad about it. Being bad... for a good time.

...get offended when you respond with sarcasm or blatant stupidity in return?

I enjoy Y!A but don't take it seriously. Yes, I am guilty of enjoying my points build. HOWEVER one would have to wonder about the ability of someone with 27,000 points to function in reality.

Maybe they should not ignore their children, because how would you have an existence outside of fanatical point and "friend" seeking?

Maybe they wouldn't have to flirt with someone elses man/woman if they had time offline to devote to a real time romance.

Maybe they need to grow a spine and deal with average rude, yes rude people and not curl up into the fetal position and suck their thumbs.

Why is it that people lacking in intelligence feel they must advertise they are brilliant, as if a blind person can't see through it?

I refuse to have a battle of wits with an unarmed person. (troll)

Excuse me I am leaving, no time to play with avatards. My hottie and I are done laughing and on to real FUN.

I am just curious. I've met people or friends who are way more shyer than me and I thought they must like to listen more etc. But as I got to know them-they had more to say than me, I couldn't even get a word out-and I do like to talk.-lol. And, of course with myspace and facebook; youtube; live journal-I've come to realize that there are more people full of themselves than we think. Even those shy ones, deep down inside-it is about them-rarely will people actually care more about others than themselves. What do you think?...Do people seriously love to talk about themselves-if givena chance-even those you wouldn't think of etc?.,.

I asked a man on the bus to switch seats, since I feel more comfortable sitting on the right side & awkward on the left side. & he said, "Why?!" with an attitude, so I said, "You didn't have to be rude." & he said, "How was I being rude?" I said, "Nevermind." Then he got off the bus & was pointing & laughing @ me, & he told his friend that I'm crazy. & then, on the way back from WalMart, he was sitting on the left side, & the right side was empty, & so he saw me coming & hurried up & sat on the right side so I couldn't sit there, & he had this, "I dare you to tell me something" type of look on his face. That was the right side of the bus in the back seat & the bus was cold in the front. But I feel awkward sitting on the left side, since I have Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. & then, he got off @ the stop after I got on. That was totally uncalled for if he KNEW he was about to get off the bus. So I finally got to sit there after he left when I was on my way home.

There was someone recently who didn't like me for something that had nothing to do with me and doesn't want to change their mind. Is it wrong to give them a good solid reason for them not to like me or should I kiss up too them??

how do you look now..are you happy with that. do you care what people think about that..do you care

im a mix of lots of styles..i love most things in this life.i love fashion and music which i mix alot and retro..theres nothing more annoying than people who dont know me labeling me as something im not for how i dress. i had every lable under the sun thrown at me..

so this leads to the question do people care too much about what others think about how they look

and another thing why does everyone seem to be bothered by how I look..i wouldnt mind if theywere friends but there not!

I guess this is an Online "no-no"? I figure if I saw the question and it's going to take me a minute to answer, I can enter "answering"... or else you're going to get a crappy answer from me!
