I see this happen all the time...but dunno why??? Any ideas????

Perhaps they've needed to spit for a while anyway but have too much class to spit on the floor.

They need to create a vacuum in their bodies, by releasing liquids from the top portion, so gravity pulls more strongly on the remaining urine, and they can pee more freely.
Honestly, because some people have no class, or have nervous tics, probably related to peeing in public. Who can tell? Us humans are some wacky creatures.

we spit into the urinals as we approach? good to know. ill keep an eye out for that so as to avoid it in the future

Being a polite lady, I have never eyewitnessed such a thing in a men's restroom. So, I will quietly sit this one out as to answering why such a thing may occur.

Ive actually never seen this happen. do they do this only around you? have you asked other friends if they seen this happen? maybe create a pie graph figure out where this happens most? maybe its the enviorment? is it mainly at bars or at school and businesses as well?
