I want to explain something about myself. I am a very confident person AND I believe that every man and woman should be. If something as small as a screen name can get you upset, how about viewing people in public settings. Too fine. Well I am a fine person inside and out. 4U is simply shows that I am hitched. My screen name bothers some so badly that they actually do not answer my questions but just attack the screen name. Well the screen name stays. It is me and shows the world that I love me.

To those who (like me) don't report - you can grab your two points by saying "I don't report" by all means, but I'm really aiming this at those who do.

Reporting out of spite gives you cancer!

Why are so many people concerned about making schools like their church? Why can't people let schools be schools and churches be churches?

If you support allowing teachers to force students to(or "coordinate" if you prefer) school prayer, teach bible classes, etc. then please tell me why and on what grounds you would object to my sending a biologist to preach evolution at your church.

You will probably say that churches are private property, and public schools are public. that’s fine, but isn't a good enough argument; a public institution has to look out for everyone’s interests, not just yours, and a private one, we agree, can do whatever it likes without breaking the law.

Why is the first question I ask on here immediately answered by someone who can't help but be rude to me? It was a completely innocent question, and now I just cant help but feel wary of using this site. When will people learn to grow up?

I am pissed at my boyfriend today so I am ignoring all of his phone calls... Am I being caddy or a ***** or something?

What happened is...

He is away at college and I am currently filling out applications to transfer to a new college. I asked him to take a look at my transfer essay when he had a chance and just let me know what he thinks. He did not look at it until 11:30 last night and when he did, he looked at it for 10 minutes, told me where he thought I should change stuff and then said "Is that it? I am really busy and I have to go", instead of working on it with me like I asked, I would totally understand him being busy except that he told me how he spent 2 hours earlier in the day showing his roommate how to perform naughty things... And I was asking him to look at my essay ALL DAY since before he started his little workshop...

Is it not the fault of historically white organizations that sought to exclude blacks and other minorities from participating, joining, working for, etc? Would there be no need for Affirmative Action had these white organizations not created the need?
What are your thoughts?

some people describe the body like unto a prison and to be resurrected in a body is not to be Free. therefore they believe that ascension is a greater hope. some people teach that jesus was resurrected NOT in a body but in the spirit, that he ascended to God not in body but in spirit.
can you defend the belief of either ?
whe jesus appeared to his disciples he said fear not, a spirit hath not a body of flesh and bone. paul said flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God but Jesus also invited his disciples to FEEL and SEE the wounds in his hands and feet.
Truly He must have been resurrected in a Body, paul describes a resurrected body as being incorruptible. Such a body can only be a temple, not a prison.
What do you say?

I think equality is completely false, some people are simply better than others. In one case you have a vegetable, no latent idiot-savant talents in the shadows. How does this person compete with you in terms of equality...they have a large does of ignorance is bliss I suppose. If anything I see people as anything but equal...

I've asked two questions to get to the bottom of this and I'm getting back the same self-contradictory answers from many people.

Ultimately, is god omniscient? That is, does he know all things at all times and what each of us will do and when?

Or do we have free will? Because if we can make choices over which god has no control, then god is not omniscient. You can't be a bit omniscient, like you can't be a bit pregnant or a bit dead. You either are or you aren't.

But if god IS omniscient, then all our decisions are HIS responsibility. Our transgressions were known to him at the beginning of time, and thus so was where we spend eternity. This means that in some cases we might as well not have been born - God had tied up our fates long ago. The sickest of serial killers was always part of god's plan. We cannot choose.

Help me guys. We cannot have both an omniscient god and free will. We just can't. Which are you willing to give up? Can you explain it to all of us?

The heteros don't seem to be making much progress in their attempt to preserve the sancity of their sacred marriages so I'd like to propose new legislation to help them.

1. Heteros who marry will be registered with local police and they will be placed on probation for a period of 7 years. If during that time they do not violate their vows they can be released from probation and can join the ranks of "officially" married.

2. During the probation period Heteros cannot collect any local, state or federal taxes or benefits and they must attend "How To Preserve Our Sancity" work shops and seminars at least 1 hour per week. (In the evening when American Idol is on)

3. If a hetero "officially married " couple wishes to mate and produce little rug rats, they must pass The State Beauty Bar to ensure they are fit, trim and pleasing to the eye, otherwise they will be surgically sterilized.

The above is just a few points of my proposed legislation.

What's your opinion so far?

Apple picking (I haven't yet)
Corn Mazes (I haven't figured out why people do this)
Carve pumpkins (I haven't in a while and the neighborhood kids would only smash them)
Decorate inside or outside your home for Fall? (No one sees inside our place, or they rarely do, but I'm thinking of doing something Fall-like in the windows)
