At times I feel that way. There are times when not knowing the dangers allowed me to perform duties that I would not ordinarily do.

Maybe it is just 20/20 hindsight

That kind of goes along with "what you don't know won't hurt you". It's still ignorance. Ignorance of the law is no excuse and we can't get away with that one. If your spouse is cheating and you don't know about it, or don't want to know, is that bliss? I'd rather not be ignorant and deal with what I know.
