Put some of your ear wax in their lunch, some how or offer them to your house for a BBQ and put it in then or just give them evil looks, nobody likes evil looks.

If you're being rather loud, then maybe you should think about toning it down a little bit. However, if your coworker is just being nosey and butting into your conversations, I would suggest something like that. I think it's very rude to eavesdrop on other people's conversations.

I have a coworker that is always puts her calls on speaker phone. I think that's a bit much and that we need to respect the office environment. So, if that's the case, then I would suggest keeping in mind that you're at work.

I wouldn't do that....yet. Next time it happens and you're finished with your conversation, just politely tell this person to please stop listening in and adding comments. The conversations at your desk are private or are between you and that person and it's distracting when he/she does this.

If your coworker keeps doing this, after you've asked, then you can buy her some ear plugs.

Humm I think I read a question a while back about a Co-worker that talked real loud at work, suggestions were to make comments about her conversations.

Although this would just escalate the situation I think the best way to deal with it, talk to them about it.

Is it possible that you have unwittingly encouraged this by fraternizing in the office? It sounds like the person feels they have such a close relationship that they can participate in your phone calls.

Just put your hand over the mouthpiece, smile at your co-worker and say "I have to take this call. Can I get back to you later?" And try to maintain office boundaries so it won't happen again.

Unless its a phone conversation, if you're trying to have a private conversation then take it somewhere else. If you know this person is going to do this, then move! Not that hard.

The next time, talk real low and then say something like...oh you can't hear me?? sorry, there are people who like to listen to my conversations. That should give the hint to mind their own business.

No, just tell them that the convorsation is private and thank them for the help be sure to tell them that if you need advice you will go to them and ask them for it. Smile and say have a great day, be nice not rude, being rude will make them mad being nice they will probably back off.

That's funny, but you never know what he or she my do in return.
They may go crying to the boss about being offended. Tell your boss about it and see if you can adjust your seating area. If this isn't possible then keep your voice down as low a possible maybe they will get the hint.

No. lol. But when you see her around you when conversing with someone else, look over and say "Can I help you with something"? or, just tell the person who your talking to that you'll continue the conversation later - and walk away.
