Learn how to laugh at yourself. We all make stupid mistakes, but it's your embarrassment that makes things awkward. Laugh it off and people will find it endearing.

Well, that's what I try to do, anyway.

The U.S. military uses two methods of training. One is acedemic schooling and the other is on the job training. Both work well, but some people find that they are better suited to one more than the other. The important thing here is that you realize,,,,,trial and error learning is the basic form of ancient mans evolution.Just keep making mistakes untill you learn not to. Everyone else has the SAME problems you have,,,,,they are just not smart enough to ask for help to find a solution.Stay open minded!

Experience is learned from our mistakes. We all make mistakes but, as long as your learn from them then you have knowledge, not stupidity. If a situation makes you uncomfortable, then, think before you act or speak . When it comes to sticking up for yourself, if you feel wronged, then express your feelings. Feelings aren't right or wrong, their feelings. Also, laughter is a good way to divert negativity. I've learned to laugh at myself when I do something that maybe embarrassing .

Write them down in a journal, and occaisionally reread them in effort to rememberize them ,and to make fewer mistakes in the future.Never be embarrassed, what mistakes that you have made, someone before you have done the same, before you. You see, life has a way of repeating it'self, because it is often believed otherwise, no one is perfect. when we make mistakes, we should reflect upon it for a moment, and grow from the experience, because it will make you wiser. Try not to make mistakes that you have seen others go through also, and you'll be considered wise by others. Be Blessed!

if we all didnt make mistakes we would all be perfect. making mistakes is ok. even if you think they are stupid and embarrassing they are a lesson learned. try not to be so hard on yourself, give yourself some esteem. Your only human.

Mistakes like what? And...you don't LEARN to speak up for yourself, you just have to do it. Stuff anyone who doesn't like it. Remember not to be a jerk about it though, just speak your mind intelligently and not rashly and you'll be fine. Don't take crap from people!!

Always stop and think before you act

I can't even count how many people I know who just act, blurt stuff out, or do something worse because they didn't bother to think before.

as for being able to speak up more, well, realize that no one really cares what you think, and that in a very short time, no one will even remember what you said.

this is how you should do it: when you are about to make a mistake, pause and ask yourself if it is stupid or not. if you think it is stupid, don't do it. if it is not, do it.

i was just joking.

just think before acting. you may be very impulsive or excitable that is why you are prone to mistakes. its ok to make a few mistakes, but be conscious of yourself to avoid them.

It depends if you can learn. If you have a learning disability good luck. But realize that you have done something you need to change and change. Its pretty simple.
