I want to explain something about myself. I am a very confident person AND I believe that every man and woman should be. If something as small as a screen name can get you upset, how about viewing people in public settings. Too fine. Well I am a fine person inside and out. 4U is simply shows that I am hitched. My screen name bothers some so badly that they actually do not answer my questions but just attack the screen name. Well the screen name stays. It is me and shows the world that I love me.

It doesn't bother me. I'm a confident woman with another screen name on another site which is 2sexy4U. Nothing wrong with the truth.

There is a difference between being a confident and strong person and behaving in a superior or condescending way. Your screen name basically says "I am better than you are" which most people find offensive. You say that you screen name means that you are fine but not available, but that is not the way that it comes across. If you name was 2Fine&Taken...super...but that isn't the case.

Since you are a top contributor, you have been at this for a while. You are smart enough to know that your name would be offensive and would cause controversy. I suspect that that is why you picked it and have kept it for this long. While I don't suggest that you change it, I would suggest that you at least own up to it and not try to provide some lame excuse like.. it means "I'm taken."

Also, if you aren't changing your name and don't care what others think...why post this question?

Hey, I agree that everyone should be confident and a name is just a name but a screen name is also a statement. In my case, it's simply my name; the one I was born with. It is my identity. While I really don't have any objections to screen names unless they're pornographic or bigoted; yours tends to say something about your attitude toward others. Might I suggest that you tweak it a bit to eliminate the judgment that makes folks think that you are so conceited that you don't need anyone?

I don't understand why it bothers you so much. It's a screen name, it's not like they know you personally. Who cares what people think about you on here. Don't sweat the small stuff. I really don't see why these people upset you. They obviously have nothing better to do than sit online and start confrontations with someone they don't know. Do you really want to be just like them?

I don't see a problem with it, for crying out loud, it's just a name. There is nothing offensive about it. The only thing is people get irritated because they did not come up with it first. LoL.
On the other hand it does set a tone of who you are. Which lead to another topic-if they don't get to know you, then they don't know who you really are. It reminds me of Jesus saying which one will throw the stone first? Who is without sin?
I would not pay attention to it. Just keep being who you are. Good Luck.

As long as you are not directing it towards me, anything or anyone affiliated with me, I don't care. I feel like you have the right to feel how you feel as long as it doesn't hurt anyone. I don't really see why anyone would be bothered by the fact that your user name (to them) seems conceited. Its not like they know you or have to interact with you in any way.
I know that I am beautiful, strong, and intelligent; so even if you were implying that you were better than everyone else, I would not care because it does not take away from who I am.

While your screen name definitely exudes confidence, it is also a little off-putting. Saying that you are "too" anything for someone else can be interpreted as condescending.

There's a fine line between the two (confidence and vanity) and there's no way to tell how each reader is going to interpret your attitude based on one simple 7-letter introduction. However, I would think that someone with enough confidence to use that screen name probably doesn't care how it will be interpreted anyway.

Actually, your screen name makes me think you are a very insecure person.

People who truly love themselves and are happy in life don't go around telling others how "fine" they are. It's just tacky. And it makes you sound unsure of yourself, like you are trying to prove something.

2fine, you probably are to fine for me. I like your confidence and spunk. Tell them to kiss off! You keep giving those good answers and asking those good questions and I'll keep reading them. Don't know that much about you, but what I do know I like. Don't let them bother you.
