She gets what she wants or eles she'll just cry forever and ever! I give her time out, but I have to close her in her room. Is that bad? If I don't close her in a room, she'll just take off! Every singo day this is happening... I give her about 5 time out a day!

My kid played with her chicco toy car and fell, got 2 head bumps. Good thing she didn't injured her head extensively. Is the toy company liable for that? They should make toys that are injure proof.

He started getting interrested when he was 2 but since his baby sister was born (she's now 1 yr) he won't have anything to do w/ the toilet. We've tried videos, potty chair, rewards (including candy)... I would love to enroll him in the 3 yr old pre-school program this fall but he has to be potty trained.

He broke his arm and it was a rare humerus break that required surgery. How long after the cast comes off should he be o.k. to go to an amusement park? We have plans to go next week because we didn't consider stiffness or tenderness of his arm after the cast is off. Will he be o.k. if I prevent him from going on rides that will bump him around?

My daughter is 17 months old and has started to try to climb into my bed when it is time for bed. She has only slept with me in my bed a couple times and it has been over 6 months since then. She seems to get upset that I have to pick her up to put her in the crib. Could she be ready for a toddler bed because she wants to do it on her own or should I keep her in the crib?

She doesn' seem to sleep in one place in the crib, she sleeps all over it.

She will be three years old in one week and she gets grumpier and even more so as she gets older. Common phrases she says are, "Don't look at me, " "I'm grumpy," "Stop talking about me," and "Don't talk to me". Although I work a part time job I am only away from her 3 1/2 hours a day. I don't think that is what is causing it because I've been at this job since she was a baby. Maybe it's just her personality...don't know. Her astrological sign is cancer and I know the animal for that is a crab. Could that be it? lol

She hasnt tooken orders from any teacher like position. She also has only o.k. balance. What can i do in the next month to help her on these things. (of course i know and have told her the basics...obedience, listenting, patients etc..) What else can i do to help her get the maximum benefit out of dance????

I was accused of hurting my daughter and took two polygraph tests. I failed both. My wife took one and passed. Then they found video tape confirming what happened. Guess which one of us was the culprit?

When my son was born he was 10lbs. 2oz., 21 1/2" long. He has boobs, rolls and struggles to breathe. I want him to lose weight; everyone else says he'll go out of it. The doctor seems to blow it off and his mother is very obesity. I'm I wrong?

My inlaws are raising my son, and they tell me i can see my son everyday, then they change their minds and only let me see him maybe once a week, now it's not at all.I 'd do everything they asked me to,like come and rake the yard, and put up with all their lying, blaming me, telling me i'm not his mom, starting rumors about me, and even accusing me of many things i didn't do?

I just cleaned up my daughter's poo for the third time in the past three weeks from the carpet. I've been potty training her for three weeks now and that's the only problem we have. (Her second birthday was yesterday.) How can I stop her from doing that?

She is always in the bathroom doing her hair and changing her clothes throughout the day. I do tell her that she is beautiful but not every second or everytime that she changes or does her hair. I am not like that either so I don't know where she gets it from. So I was just wondering if this is just a phase that she is going throught or if I should be concerned. Thanks a bunch.

My daughter is full of energy (although she is not having much food now a days and that's another problem), and I don't know how to utilise it properly. She has a few Nursery Books and a few Toys to play with, but she wants something new to do or explore and all she gets to do is household chores and she actually disturbs her mother's work. How can we keep her busy so that she doesn't disturbs others and through tantrums when asked not to disturb and mess around ?

She has yet to begin speaking properly. Besides, she also have a cousin sister (6 months younger).
