My inlaws are raising my son, and they tell me i can see my son everyday, then they change their minds and only let me see him maybe once a week, now it's not at all.I 'd do everything they asked me to,like come and rake the yard, and put up with all their lying, blaming me, telling me i'm not his mom, starting rumors about me, and even accusing me of many things i didn't do?

My son doesn't even know i'm his mom, beacuse they told him he doesn't have a mom. So he calls his grammy mom.
They even treat my boyfriend like crap, and my boyfriend is their son.

I am not sure about your situation, or why the in- laws have the kids but.....my experience is my in-laws had custody of my kids for 7 months, due to my husband and I using drugs. They went on a serious power trip, I resented them the whole time... they even uninvited me to my 2 year olds birthday party, it was very painful. I swore when I got custody back i would never let them see them again! Well all of that is now under the bridge, I have the kids back and they spend the night with my in-laws once a week, our relationship is awesome. I look back on it and I am grateful they had the kids, and I know that they did the very best they could , and I never kissed their a$$, but I did work on looking at the part I played in it, and that was they would of never had them to raise had I not screwed up in life. Great lesson learned. God is good! Good luck, and God bless.

It's hard to judge without knowing why the in-laws are raising your son in the first place... but I would assume that you have certain visiting rights... if it's a big problem, get a lawyer involved. As long as you have the right to see him, they DON'T have the right to keep him from you.

I dont know the situation there. But yeah I would do anything to see my son. If you are worried and want to see your son speak to them and if that does not work go and get legal advise. Sounds like you love your son every much and they are telling him lies about you which is not right at all you are his mum and he needs to know that.Good Luck I really hope you see your son soon.

Get your life back on track and fight for your kid. If they were able to get custody through the court then you probably have things in your life that need fixing. It's not right for them to be teaching your baby to call them mom or dad. That's just wrong.

Who did the court grant legal custody? If this hasnt been decided by the court, then why dont you have your children? Where is their son? You might need to get an attorney.

NO DO NOT KISS BUT THEY ARE YOUR PARENTS THEY SHOULD LOVE YOU NO MATTER WHAT.IF THEY WANT WHATS BEST FOR YOUR SON THEY WILL LET YOU SPEND AS MUCH TIME WITH HIM AS YOU CAN. IF NOT HE WILL ONE DAY BE VERY ANGRY WITH THEM FOR DOING THIS TO BOTH OF YOU A CHILD NEEDS HIS MOTHER.JUST KEEP TRYING NEVER GIVE UP ONE DAY YOU WILL BE ABLE TO EXPLAIN TO HIM AND LET HIM DECIDE WHAT HE WANTS.THIS IS THE SAME WORDS THAT KEEP ME GOING DAY AFTER DAY,MY DAUGHTER WAS TAKEN BY HER FATHER AND GRANDPARENTS 9 YRS. AGO AND I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE THEY ARE AND I HAVE NOT SEEN HER IN 9 YRS. SO KEEP TRYING THINGS WILL WORK OUT FOR THE BEST YOU JUST HAVE TO BELIEVE.GOD BLESS

I think you should march right up to them and say "this is MY son and if you don't stop pushing me, I'm putting you in a home!"
My point is, don't listen to them, take your child away from them and visit them once a week.

Do they have custody? If they don't than you should take your kids. If they do have custody than you need to have a talk with family court and get visitation rights or shared custody or something.

I would take this strait to a family laywer and get this fixed. Get your kid back and raise him yourself, so he can have you around when he really needs you. this just sucks! Good Luck! :)
