I am babysitting 2 kids and they are angels when the parents arent home but as soon as mom walks in the door they turn into devils in disguse. They are twin 3 year old boys and they are really strong. The boys normally love me my dog and cat and each other. But as soon as a parent comes they hit, kick, and even pull the dogs hair and tail. I am afraid they are gonna do serious damage. How can I get them to behave like gentalmen all the time?

My friend has a wonderful 5 year old son, extremely smart. However, yesterday i was playing to tickle him when he say, pointing at his genitals: If you tickle me here I will laugh even more.
I pretended I didnt hear and then later on he grabbed my butt.
What should I have done? What should I do?
Should I talk to my friend? Won't she be shocked?
Thanks

He LOVES cars (shirts, toys, daddy's racing tapes, Herbie dvd, books/mag, car commercials, etc...). Believe me, I know babies can ruin movies for other people with their crying and so on and I would take him out of the theater. I just want someones opinion.

What the phuc are you doing posting your baby's pic on this site.? Are you that phuccing stupid? I can post mine because I am an adult, but what the??????? Are you retarded? Or do you just not care about the welfare of that beautiful child that can be snagged anytime by anyone for ANY REASON. You can all get as mad at me as you want, but as a loving, caring, mother who wants her kids to be safe at all times, this dumb *** is a phuccing idiot and needs to be told so! And there it is there. Wanna Rock? Let's go a few rounds 'cause there isn't anything you can say to make me change my mind. I know I'm right!

I run an in-home day care. I am always looking for parents' opinions of what they are looking for in child care. What is the thing you desire most from your day care provider? What makes you choose one day care over another? What do you do to insure your child is happy with his/her day care? Etc, etc, etc?

some years ago, as my room overlooks a park, i saw a woman with 3 children. all 3 were fairly youing and all were girls. she had the smallest baby girl of about 1 who still had diapers on but her other daughters, i'm guessing 2 and 3 years old, did not have any. i found it odd that a child of that age didnt war a diaper, i mean the 2 year old especially. i moved back from the window, but came to it again when the mother yelled out at one point, saying that she would whoop the girls a** for wetting herself. she grabbed her, stripped her and spanked her SO loud the whole building could hear. then she held her in the air in peeing position and not let her go till she peed some more on the grass. this was really unusual to watch, to say the least, but the lady came around my house alot and all 3 of her kids were potty "trained" this way, at a very early age.i heard from someone who knows her that she couldnt afford diapers,so that exaplained it to me somewhat.what do you think about this?

My son is in Pre-K and his teacher is concerned that the children know their street address, phone number, their birthdate and year and the first names of their parents, as well as rhyming words. She sent a note home in my son' s backpack telling me that he does not know these things and needs to work on them at home. I know he does know them because he tells me all of them at home and he has had 2 years of preschool including learning these things. (I think pre-k is somewhat early to know your street address and phone number but anyway) Would it be appropriate for me to send a note to her tomorrow morning telling her that he knows these items and has demonstrated them to us at home? My son told me that when his teacher was asking the kids these questions and it was his turn; he replied, "I don't know," because he didn't want to stand up and talk in front of everybody. When I try talking to her in person she is the type who cuts you off mid-sentence and says "Have a nice day."

What should I do? My kid has a couple "good" friends at school. However, lately I am finding out that these friends hit him or push him. As a result my son does not feel like going to school much. I spoke to the teacher who spoke to the kids parents. However, another kid hit him today.

What should I be telling my kid? I feel like telling hiim to go punch those guys? But, should I? will I be making him too voilent? His teachers do not want me to tell him anything like that. Anyone, has any thoughts ideas? Please advice.

This is my situation.. I have a 2 year old girl, I think she is smart and she learns everything pretty fast. She knows the colors, shapes, identifies the letters and numbers, she knows at least 25 songs, she's learning both english and spanish, she loves music and dancing. So I was wondering what else should I teach her, some friends tell me to teach her how to read; other tell me to teach her music and others say that just play with her. Anyone have any ideas, she is just like a sponge but I don't want to force her.
