No don't ever give a child something that is made for adults. My 3 year old doesn't eat or drink right. He will not drink milk at all. So i talked to my doctor and they gave me a couple samples of Pediusure and there are different flavors like chocolate, vannilla, stawberry, orange, and bannana. My son liked it so i told wic about it and wic covers this. You are allow to give this to your child from age 1 to 10. twice a day. 2 8-Ounce bottles. this stuff is very expensive so talk to your local wic office if you have one in your area. This drink gives your child all the vitamin they need. Good Luck.

NO!! if you don't think your baby is getting everything he/she needs take it to the doctor, get baby vitamins that are age appropriate. Giving a baby things they are not supposed to have can only make baby worse. If baby can't digest what you put in, baby will be sick, belly aching etc. Just because it is healthy for you, doesn't make it healthy for baby. When you are sick do you take other peoples medication?

Absolutely not! Yikes! Just think of the iron content for example. The amount that is good for and adult can poison an infant or toddler. Give that child real food - If you do not want to cook for the baby you can still give him/her 3rd stage baby food.

I think u should wait till they get a little older because the baby can't digest all those things in that drink.

No there is a reason they put age limits on those things. The baby can not handle the ingredients in it and process them.

NO! Supplements/health drinks made for adults or children won't give nutrients infants need, and may cause serious deficiencies. (I am a nurse) If you feel baby needs a supplement, you need to discuss with your doctor.

in small amounts occasionally maybe, but you don't want the vitamins or herbs in lg amounts/ it could put their system out of whack!!!!.....

I would do Pediasure instead its made for that age...or whole milk with freshfruit make your own smoothie!
