My wife and I recently had some nausea but it went away. Noah(my son) is fine during the day but at night he wakes up to vomit...is this normal or should we start to worry???

How long has it been going on? If it has only been a few days I'd say it's a bug or something. But if it has been a while -could be reflux. Reflux is always worse when you are lying down which is why he vomits at night. Have the doctor check out the possibility.

Personally I prefer just 1 middle name. My boyfriend does as well - even though he has two, they are both family names which is rather nice and the only way I would give any of my children two middle names. Matthew Paul Simon Henry Thomas Jordan Seth Michael Robert Aaron David Marcus Jace Emerson William Owen Patrick Nathaniel Derek Quentin Zavier Gideon Joshua Vincent

That's a bit odd, but considering you and your wife have felt nauseated recently, I wouldn't pay too much attention to it, especially if he's fine during the day. It might just be that when he is lieing down that gravity is no longer helping him. If it goes on for more than 7 days, then take him to a doctor. But, he's probably just fine.

I would definitely be concerned; take him to the doctor! Make sure to let him know that you and your husband had nausea briefly, but got better, then your son started having problems. Could be anything from medical, to environmental. Best of luck!

TAKE HIM TO THE DOCTOR OR the local EMERGENCY ROOM to be checked out. If you have no money the county hospital will treat your child for free or low cost.

take him to the doctor... all illnesses for a child that age should be taken seriously and not overlooked due to several possibilities...

it could be due to late dinner...
allergic reaction...
stomach ache....

if you had nausea... maybe it was food poisoning.. maybe selmonalla or some other bacteria..

Take him to the doctor. If they rule out a medical cause, it could be something he does for attention...weird but it does happen.

Make sure he is not eating right before he goes to bed, and make sure he is getting enough fluids after he eats anything.
