I was accused of hurting my daughter and took two polygraph tests. I failed both. My wife took one and passed. Then they found video tape confirming what happened. Guess which one of us was the culprit?

This is why polygraph tests can't be required of a defendant.

yep, most states polygraph tests can not but submitted as evidence in court. because you can be nervous from feeling under pressure just taking that test whether your guilty or not and fail.
