I have two daughters ages 6 and 4.Everything is OK during day.I leave them at school and kindergarten, then go to work, then my 6-year-old comes at home alone. In the evening my neighbour takes the 4-year-old from kindergarten and when they cross the road,he leaves her go home. Then at 21:00 I come home and make a dinner. But my job is such, that I have to go sometimes at night and come back during next day. When I leave at nigh,I'm worrying for not telling "Goodbye" to my daughters(they sleep at the time) and leave them alone without telling them anything.Should I wake them up in the middle of the night to say "goodbye" or just leave them a note?

I wrote a question about my daughter having behavioural problems
I explain that I WAS in a violent relationship but she was the same before I met him
And I get a load of advise about leaving him and how it can't be helping her
WAS means not anymore
how do you add further information to a question ??

My daughter is about to graduate high school and I am so very proud of her. I told her how proud I was and how much I loved her, I started to tear up, and then my daughter started to tear up, and she told me I really touched her and it meant alot because she never knew until now how much I really loved her. Has any body ever felt so proud of their children that they start to cry?. It is hard for me to keep a dry eye while typing this.

so what do fellow parents do when their kids get sand in their pants or underwear/swimwear while at the beach, sandbox, park, etc?

I wait until we're home unless it's at the beach, then I take them to the outdoor shower spout to wash off.

I've seen other moms actually put their hands down their kids stuff and get it out that way. I could never see myself doing that.

am 21yrs old and have been with my 39yr old partner for nearly 4 years. Lately we've been discussing marriage & eventually having a family. I am happy to get married, but wasn't planning for kids for maybe another 3 or 4 years. I am worried, however, about my kids having an older father as I know what its like for the child (both my parents were in their mid-to-late 40's when they had me), plus I am worried about higher risks of autism, schizophrenia, miscarriages etc for the baby from having a father over 40 and also whether he will be be able to keep up with the physical demands of having young kids. How old is too old for man to have a baby?

This is a serious question....I'm not trying to be weird.....I'm just wondering how my post-kids sex life compares to the rest of you parents out there. How has your sex life changed after you had kids? How often per week (or month or year) are you having sex? Are you happy with the frequency? Is your husband happy with the frequency? What is the biggest reason you have sex as in/frequently as you do? How old are your kids?

Thanks for your answers!

Last year my Son's school did a "sex education" for all grades Kindergarten to 6. Of course the content varied by age group, but in Kindergarten they were taught the "real" names for all the parts, where a baby grows and comes from and that no one is allowed to touch etc....

Our argument has been over calling the penis what it is or calling it a "wiggle worm". I was taught that you call it what it is but his mother taught him with a nickname. We have argued on this subject for over a week now and can not seem to find a middle ground-- I mean you call your ear your ear right-- Can you not teach your child that it is what it is and that when in the presence of others you just dont blut out this word-- that its not a "bad" word but not something that you shot out-- ???

Please help us try and settle this!!!
Thanks in advance!!!

Ok, what do you think of these baby names? I know that you all didn't like my last ideas but I need help in creating a one of a kind baby name. Thank you.

Baraseonin (Buh-Roj-Uh-NIN)
Star-Kisha
Deberin
Sha'blee
O'jaysha (O-Jay-Sha)
La'quaina (La-Qy-Nuh)
Ja'roushia (Ja-Ru-She-Uh)
Appalonia (App-Uh-Lo-Nee-Uh)
D'Ladisha (Duh-Luh-Dee-Suh)
Chiphoenetica (Shy-Pho-Net-Tic-Uh)
Chefadonna (She-Fuh-Donna)
Zummy
Starbizzy
Opelatina (O-Pel-La-Ti-Nuh)

Thank you. Please help me find an extremely unique name. These are girl names by the way. And, the last name should be Dernovshek if she lets the baby have my last name, but if not the last name will be Ugiwommerogee (EWH-GA-WOM-MER-RO-GEE). We are both white by the way if that matters.

My fiance was lecturing ME about setting an example for our children, and I said, "You should set a good example too!" To which he replied (brace yourselves for this one) "I don't have to set an example--I'm their father!" Is that BS or what??? What part of being a father involves NOT setting a good example?? Please tell me that I AM RIGHT on this!!!!!

I was at the mall, there were two girls in seperate groups. One girl was 7ish and her skirt was so short it didnt even cover her underware,no kidding,I wanted to slap her mother in the face! That poor little girl being subjected to perverts bc her mother wont dress her properly. The other girl about 9 had a beach skirt on with a tie(not a sarong) it wasnt tied tightly and you could see half her butt and underware. Have people no morals? And whats up with little girls wearing short dresses to a park with no shorts underneath? Are people this clueless to all the pervs? At the store there was a girl about 12 in very tight jeans and this old man was staring at her butt and this was JEANS,not even underware. Parents: Put some clothes on your kids! You know who you are!

Hello all. I just recently stopped taking my BC and I am not late for my period or anything. But I am getting symptoms like I am Pregrant, I have breast tenderness along with Darker Nipples, with Nipple Leaking, stomach cramps, back pains, tiredness, food aversion, sensetive smelling, with some very light pinkish bleeding and a couple other things. I took 2 HPT test and they both came up Positive. Today I went to the Doctors and took a Urine test and they said that I was not Pregrant but I dont know what to think. I know what being pregrant is like and I feel that way but the Urine test came back Negative. How long should I wait to go back and get a blood test. I should have my period by Friday. I really want this and I hope that I am pregrant I just need some advice.
