so what do fellow parents do when their kids get sand in their pants or underwear/swimwear while at the beach, sandbox, park, etc?
I wait until we're home unless it's at the beach, then I take them to the outdoor shower spout to wash off.
I've seen other moms actually put their hands down their kids stuff and get it out that way. I could never see myself doing that.

If the kid is uncomfortable and whinny, go to the car and undress them and shake out their clothes. But if they aren't complaining, let em be.

If my son doesnt mind, I dont either. If he starts complaining, I'll rinse him out either in the ocean, shower, or restrooms.

baby powder takes sand off...Sprinkle some on and wipe with a towel..Works great!
