Baraseonin (Buh-Roj-Uh-NIN)
Star-Kisha
Deberin
Sha'blee
O'jaysha (O-Jay-Sha)
La'quaina (La-Qy-Nuh)
Ja'roushia (Ja-Ru-She-Uh)
Appalonia (App-Uh-Lo-Nee-Uh)
D'Ladisha (Duh-Luh-Dee-Suh)
Chiphoenetica (Shy-Pho-Net-Tic-Uh)
Chefadonna (She-Fuh-Donna)
Zummy
Starbizzy
Opelatina (O-Pel-La-Ti-Nuh)

Thank you. Please help me find an extremely unique name. These are girl names by the way. And, the last name should be Dernovshek if she lets the baby have my last name, but if not the last name will be Ugiwommerogee (EWH-GA-WOM-MER-RO-GEE). We are both white by the way if that matters.

I'd go with Deberin Sha'blee if she has your last name... She can then go by Debby. That sounds nice. Your last name have eastern european sound and so does "Deberin."

With the other last name... I have to say I don't have any favorite.

First of all, what nationality are you, and where do you live? It is not fair to say that these names are horrible if you live in another part of the world besides the US. My personal suggestion is that you give the child a one or two syllable name. It will flow a lot better with such a long last name. It will be hard enough for them to learn to spell the last name Ugiwommerogee.

My name is Abrah, with a long A. It is very unique and I am the only person that I have heard of with this name. I will tell you that I was teased horribly when I was in school because of my unique name. I love it now, I have fun watching people try to pronounce it. Like I said, it all depends on where you live and your culture. If you do name your child something that is hard to pronounce, definately give them a nickname. It will help in school, and it will be easier for them to spell when they are young. Good luck, and I hope you find a name that you love!!

GEEZ, SON, You ever heard the song by Johnny Cash "A Boy Named Sue" and what he went through. To hang any of these names on a girl is ,well, like naming a boy Sue. If you want an unusual name or an old name do as a lot of people are doing today and look in the old Testament for for a unique name. Listen to all the other replies and rethink this, please, for the child's sake

wow. hmm.

here is something i learned.
I wanted unique names for my children just like you but here is what i have come to find.

Its not so much how unique but consider this little girl will grow-up and friendship to a child is everything.

So, what i learned is a simple compromise take an ordinary name and "alter" it.

For example, i liked the name cheyenne but my daughters name is cheyanna ordinary and unique.

And meaning and spelling does mean a lot. its some spelling that can be turned into a school kids joke?
Is it a meaning that shows something?

But always remember she lives with the name you are the parent not the people on the internet.

Its what it will make your family happy.

I really like the name Zummy. Personally, since either way the child will have a "unique" last name, I would maybe try to keep the first name simple but also unique. I like mostly all of your selections. Good for you!

Well I really like how Ja'roushia Deberin Dernovshek sounds.
With the other last name I don't like the middle name so much but I still really like the Ja'roushia. The more I hear it the more I like it.
Good luck

How bout some normal names: Sarah, Jessica, Amy, Josh, Carter, and so one. Your child will not like these names. A GOOD unigue name for a girl is London. That's my favorite.

ok, first say all these names out loud with the last names

think of how hard it would be for this kid to spell her name in kindergarten.
I would say ojaysha. thats the only one that doesn't get me tongue tied.

or sha'blee

give the girl a fighting chance!!!

white or black, the poor kid needs to know how to spell it at the age of 5!!

Truthful opinion? They are all pretty bad. Dont torture your child by giving it a name others will make fun of and that they cant even spell. Keep in mind the teachers that will have to pronounce it for the next 18 years!
