i've been taking birth control for 3 months, i was wondering if i stop taking them for a month or so will i immediately get pregnant?

So i go to college on tuesdays and thursdays. I have a 10 month old son who goes to daycare on tuesdays so today, one of my teachers didnt show up for class so, we got to leave. I had an hour and half til next class so, i drove 2 min home to see my bf and son for a little while. well i walk in the door and its all dark, and if my son is naping, he naps either in a minicrib in the living room or playpen. i look in both, and he is not in either, so i go to the bedroom and walk in, all dark. I turn on the lights and frank is sleeping, getting ready to get up for work. so i look in the crib, and NO BABY!! I said "omg frank, where is the baby" and he says "he's sleeping in his playpen" so i run out n check and i cant find the baby anywhere. i start crying and running around looking everywhere. and than my bf comes out and says "jess, he is at daycare" i was like OMG. my heart was pounding and i was so scared! Frank was half asleep so he didnt realize what he said. has this happened to u??

seriously everyone, i need to get back to work and focus on my JOB!! I work from home but now i've discovered Answers I am addicted. It's like I've found a new friend (several actually).

i am a management consultant , I get paid for the work I complete and deliver to my clients. But I am finding it so hard to stay off Answers. Even the thought of not getting paid sooner rather than later doesn't detract me.

If my life wasn't so complicated i wouldn't need to seek advice from strangers. Yep, I'm addicted.

i'm going to miss you all but I need to get off.

my mother in law told me flat out that she wanted to come to my sonogram with us next week in which we should find out the sex of the baby. I always tought that that was a bonding time between a couple. Am i being too corny and should bring her along or should i ignore her request like my husband suggested?

Is this normal? He doesnt walk on his own yet, but when he grabs onto things, or walks holding onto things, he keep his feet all the way out, instead of pointing straight forward. he is 10 months.
should i be concerned? Maybe i should put him in shoes daily?

I personally am still TTC, but my mother told me that her and my dad had happened to go to the beach one summer and went to see the palm reader for fun. The lady told my mom she was pregnant, which was a total surprise to her. So she ran home and took a pregnancy test and it was positive! Anyone else have any neat stories about how they discovered they were pregnant?

Okay, I've always had a thing for red-heads who don't have the stereotypical "Ginger" features. Now, I'm worried that getting involved with anybody who has red/auburn hair is a BAD idea.

The reason I'm worried, is that I've been seeing couples that have one red-headed person who looks normal and has normal textured hair, and one person who isn't red-headed, but their child has a frizzy, wiry-looking orange afro and looks NOTHING like either parent in the face.

I mean, I should just avoid red-headed guys altogether, right?

It would be weird to get married to someone, have kids, then when you look at your children all you see is that guy from CSI: Miami!

They go and have unprotected sex with a boy that doesnt have a job, live with their mommas, then get pregnant and then wonder why they become baby mommas...then wanna take the man to court for child support. Cuss them out, tell them they are nothing and they should get a job and all that other crap. What makes women think that just because they HAD the baby it is going to make a person that didnt have a job get a job? Why put yourself in that position. Make forums and have discussions online because they were stupid in the first place. A dude already have 2-5 kids they not taking care of...what makes you different? WAKE UP!

Yes I know it's an odd question but I'm forced to write a fire safety plan for my family. We live in a one bedroom downstairs apartment with one entry door. What should the plan consist of? I"m totally lost if it should enclude a drawing as well.

At what age did YOU put your children into toddler beds w bedrails so they can not fall out at night? Did you regret doing it at that age would you have done it sooner/later

well i've always been prolife, but now i find out I'm pregnant with a third child who's father was abusive. my friend gets beaten up be her dad. he'll punch her really hard in the face for nothing. one time he hit her for getting a problem wrong on her homework. she says it's really common in her family. her mom and sister don't even care. they barely look up, it's so normal. that's really all i know. she's scared of him, like she lives in fear of him. he's really strict with her about grades. she gets in huge trouble for bad grades. i feel sick every time i think about it. it's been going on for at least like 8 months but i think longer, and she says that the hitting gets worse and

but she told me she doesn't want child protective people involved. she says it would really mess up her family, and that her dad might be even angrier at her for telling anyone. she doesn't think the child protective services can do anything. she says that she'll be 18 in 5 years, and she can move out and live her own life without fear of her dad. she says she'll be okay, but it just sucks sometimes.

My husband and I have a 9 month old and are talking about trying next June for another baby. Im up for it however we live in Southern Cali and its so expensive living here that we live with my parents. They dont mind and everyone has there own room but i feel as if i want to move out and then try but if we moved out it would be real small place and we couldnt have another baby. what should i do? remember My parents dont pay for anything they just supply living. Also they are never home really (they have another place for the weekend)

Hi every-one I am 7wks.pregnant,and I`m not getting sick or anything yet,but I feel so unwell,I`ve a very serious kidney infection that was treated with very strong antibiotics,only barely got that cleared up and I`ve got a septic throat and badly infected sinus,god `I am never sick,now this is my 5th pregnancy so I`m well used to different upsets in pregnancy,but never like this I also look like I am about 4mths along,maybe it`s because it`s my fifth I don`t know,Has anyone had an similiar complaints like mine,I feel like my body is shutting down hope that doesn`t sound mad.

What are actions that would show a person as emotionally unstable in a child custody case?? What past actions will a father try to use against the mother if he's trying to say she's emotionally unstable??
