It shouldn't. I doubt the 2 yr old can bump into you hard enough to harm the baby.

The womb makes for a very effective shock absorber.

Obviously you never want to encourage bumping into a pregnant woman's tummy. But if these accidental bumps are not sever, then your baby should be well protected.

Talk reasonably with your child use tems as mommy ouchy when you do this grab his/her head and bounce it slightly on ur tummy and the key is repetition keep repeating to kids this age because they forget alot! My sis went through this and after 2 wks of telling her son he just stopped. Sometimes they do this cause they think if feels funny my nephew bumps his head on my tummy and say "Boing, Boing look like a bouncy ball" and I tell him dont do it 2 much because one day iam going to have a baby in my tummy and it's not going to be okay ..okay? and he gets it he says yeah because i don't want to get your baby mad and I say yeah well good luck

It's highly unlikely. I'm a two year old teacher at a child care center and was hit, kicked, run into, etc. by the toddlers constantly. My little one actually started kicking them back. :)

The wonderful thing about your body is that it acts as a perfect little bubble for your child. Short of a traumatic blow to the abdomen, not too much will really hurt the baby. Your amniotic fluid acts as a wonderful shock absorber. The wonders of nature are just amazing, aren't they?

Are you kidding? Babies are really well insulated in the womb; I rode my horse until about the 6th month of pregnancy. I wouldn't worry at all, the 2 yr old probably is just fascinated there's a baby in there!!!

No. It wont effect the baby. There is amnio fluid and your body fat between it and the world. My daughter loves to run an smash into my hip. I know weird. Sometimes she misses and get the tummy. They are really well cushioned in there.

When I was pregant with my 4 year old, my oldest daughter was always bumoing my belly. It takes a hard impact on the belly to hurt the baby. That is why there is amniotic fluid and some fat in that area!!

That's not going to effect your baby it is welly protected by the amniotic sack. It was just like if you were to fall you would be hurt and not the baby.

Your being silly. You baby is very very small right now and its tucked under your abdominal fat and way deep in your pelvis. Your 2 yr old is not going to harm your fetus
