My friend and I were due on the same day (28th Sept) she had her baby at 24 weeks and he sadly died 3 weeks ago aged 2 1/2 months. We are meeting up next week and I want us to do something nice for the babies, what should we do?

I need a cake to send to daycare that is simple and can be eaten by just about anyone!! Especially kids with allergies.

I'm sorry I don't know the allergies, my kids don't have any.

My hubby and I decided to start trying for # 3. We have 2 girls and want to try for a boy. So far everyone we've told freaks. I get " Are you kidding, THREE!!!" or "Stop while you're a head!" My husband and I are having our first but I just got an ultrasound and I found out that I'm pregnant with twins! What is it like? Is it harder than just having one? What if they are identical - how will I tell them apart when they are born? How will I look after two of them???

its a very funny incident. i was very scared of needles n injections that doctors use.when i was just 8 yr old, my mom took me to doctor for injection. i was not aware of that, but when i came to knew that i started shouting very loudly
it was impossible for doctor to give me injection, so my mom had to clamp her hand on my mouth to smother my screams. she kept her hand tightly pressed on my mouth until doctor was finished with his job.if she wouldnt had covered my mouth, i would have created a scene out there coz i was screaming really hard.this incident really makes me laugh till now
and what more, it was winter season that time and my mom was wearing thick skin tight leather gloves.
.thank god i didnt had a blocked nose that day.do u think that my mom did the right thing at that moment? n why?

Just curious,, been looking at alot of things related to these cups and so forth.... was just wondering. if the liquid is just sitting in this cup inside you,. say for instance (might be a really dumb ?but oh well) you are sleeping or are not upright wouldn't the blood try to go back up past your cervix since it's not being absorbed or escaping the body? Any other input on these cups would be appreciated as well.
just learned about these today and my periods are long and heavy so would like to try something new to see if it would help.

I have just found out that I am having a girl and whilst I am so pleased she is healthy I have real concerns about raising her.

I had a terrible time as a teenager with low self-estem (still do) and I am concerned she will get my genes and get all my ugly traits (I am no oil painting and am so bloody hairy!). I have a 4 year old boy and I dont have any of these concerns with him.

I have a bad relationship with my mum and I just dont want it to be the same - I really am freaking out about it.

Any tips on raising a girl - I want her to be confident and open with me and I have no goos experiences to draw on. How can I be a good mum to a girl?

I have a friend who has a child with his ex. The mother has/had the child on Tenncare Medicaid. The father now has the child on his insurance thru his work. The insurance he has is excellent & covers almost everything with small co-pays. He has called the mother & emailed her & let her know that the child is now covered by his insurance. But she won't answer the phone, return his calls, or email him back. He knows for a fact that she's read the emails (they were sent thru myspace & have "read" as the status on them now). She's made no attempt at all to get back in touch with him to get the insurance card. This makes him wonder if she's let Tenncare know that the child now has other insurance & is wondering if he should report her. He doesn't know for sure that she hasn't reported it but since she hasn't tried to get the insurance card he thinks that may be whats happening. Does it sound like she hasn't reported it to you?? And do you think he should report it??

Hello everyone, my name is Kayci, I'm 17 and expecting a child in February. Yeah, a ways off I know, but I've got questions now!! I'm no longer with the jerk who got me pregnant which is a good thing, he was trying to control me. But anyhow, when does he start paying child support, I know it is when the child is born, but should I be contacting someone over how much he is to pay and things like that. To be honest the reason I'm trying to find out is that I hope child support is too high for him and he doesn't want to be involved with my child. He is 16 but will be 17 when the child is born. And he does work, I hope someone knows some answers to this. Thank you so much.

I have a wonderful 11 month old crawling little boy. My husband and I recently got a 5 month old cat to ward off the potential of rodents getting in the house, which actually happened this past January and I can't let it happen again for the safety of my son. However, it BOTHERS me deeply the very thought that this animal, who sifts through it's own defecate in his litter box, will be sharing a playing floor with my baby. I feel like I'm the only one who thinks about the thousands of disgusting germs being transfered from his crap box to my baby on a daily basis. Not to mention my counters, tables, seating areas, it seems everything will now become as filth-infested as a litter box. My husband says I should just get over this, as many households have children and animals. I'm very stressed out, and feeling like I've "swallowed a horse to catch the fly". I don't want to get rid of the kitty, as we've put a lot of money into making him strictly a house cat. Can anyone relate and help me?

Only 5'4 but my penis is 6.3 inches when erect. Just wondering because I've heard most asians are only like 4.5 inches when at my age or older. i think its a stereotype that all asians have small package.

Having my second child I had to have a c-section and afterwards my bloodpressure went out of control and my body had a hard time getting better. I had to stay in the hospital over a week after I had him. I am told that every child birth is different should I try for one more still?

1's turning 5 in oct. Due w/ 3rd Nov & our 2nd's in Dec w/ xmas. We need ideas to make this more simple so we wont go broke but still have our sons enjoy themself & not combine any partys. Also since Im due I cant be running around cooking millions of foods so were hoping to pull off the simple traditional cake, ice cream, balloons, munchies & borrowing a moonwalk for them. I do have 50 people coming, maybe more! There are 80 invited but out of respect even if we know they may not come. (but who knows) I CANT only invite the ones w/ kids, most of them dont have any & will be pissed. We can't afford to go out & buy everything that we usally do. We go nutz every yr because the fam's dont get along. We used to do 2 partys each bday because of them. But were having our 3rd! I think we will only be able to handle having three after seeing how horrible it is for our boys to enjoy there bdays and even xmas! Were split between familys driving everywhere all the time to be yelled at ANY IDEAS?

I had a miscarriage 7/31/07. Bled for a week, it was like a period. My levels that day were only 13 so I'm assuming it was back to 0 in a few days. Last night I had my husband go buy a pregnancy test because I was feeling bloated and it came back positive, more darker than the lines on my last pregnancy tests. Is that a good sign? I havent had a period since the miscarriage, is there anyone who this happened to that ended up having a perfectly fine pregnancy? I'm trying to be happy but I really can't be that excited and I don't want to tell anyone because I'm scared I might miscarry again. (I was only 6 weeks when i miscarried and I wouldnt have even known I was pregnant if I didnt take the test, I would have thought my period was just late).

This is confusing so here we go:
27 Jul : Last period
24 Aug : Did test - positive (period due that day)
28 Aug : Went to drs - he said im 5 weeks going on 6 (i think im 4 going on 5)
My due date is May 02 2008, (thats what ive worked out)

When using pregnancy calculater on the internet, enter my due date, it said im 5 weeks, which is what ive worked out, then if i enter the first day of my last period its 6 weeks, what the dr said. Whose right me or the doc!!
So confused!!
