I have taken TONS of hpt's and went to the doctor for a blood test...they all came back negative. And the doctor says my skipped periods could just be from stress, and there was nothing else that would be causing it from skipping.

It's very common for young women to stop having their mensus over a period of time. Sometimes its due to a drastic weight change. Or it could be nothing. Once my best friend didn't have her period for 3 months because she was really stressed out. It's nothing harmful to your health so you don't need to worry.

you might want to look into PCOS, I was fine while I was on BC pills, until I went off to ttc. I used to have my period for six weeks straight, then not at all for 3 or 4 months at a time. I had all kinds of tests, and they didn't know what else to do. Then I didn't have my period for 4 months one time, went to my Dr. for my annual, and it turned out I was 20 weeks preggers!
I've since been diagnosed with PCOS, which causes a lot of whacked out hormonal symptoms.
So, the answer is, no, it doesn't mean that you have definitely stopped ovulating, but you might have...you may need to ask the Dr. about Clomid.

It doesn't mean that your period has stopped. But it will definitely make it much much harder to get pregnant. Irregular ovulation means you it would be much harder to target the actual ovulation timing and hence tougher to get pregnant.
You could always ask your doctor for hormonal medicine to help regulate the cycle . It may still be irregular but it will still come nearly each month, maybe then you could start trying to concieve.

Are you sure you're not pregnant? I'd take another test. If you aren't, I'd see the dr. If you're not ovulating, you're not going to get pregnant.
