i am 30 years old married with two boys, and i want another baby i want to try one more time for a little girl. and my last two kids i had problems were i almost died cause i was to small and i was suppose to have c-sections on both kids, but didn't but now i want one more baby and my husband does too, it is just my family they all have it in their heads i am not having no more cause of the last two times and they keep telling me, not to have anymore and go get fixed, my problem is i am scared they will all hate me if i have another one i know i am 30 and should do what i want but i don't want my family to hate me either, meaning my mom. any advice. should i just pretty much grow up and tell them it is my life and my choice and they will have to deal with it. or just not take anymore chances and not have another one cause of the past.i am so confused, and lost and torn between another baby, or my family..

I've decided to quit my job as a nanny, to open my own home daycare. I'm even moving to a new home in order to accomodate this (since I currently live in an apartment). Any tips from successful providers would be appreciated. My main concern is that I'm not going to have enough kids. In order for me to break even/get by, I'll need to be almost full, like 3 full-day and 1 half-day, or 5 half-day kids. I'm planning on advertising (flyers on mailboxes/door-to-door, craigslist and kijiji, local newspapers). Anyone have any other ideas? Also, I've gotten rid of most of my own kids' baby stuff. Is it worth it to buy some used baby items or should I wait to see the ages of the kids I get?

do mothers who breastfeed look down to mothers who choose not to breastfeed and instead bottle feed?i have 3 children and breastfed 2 of them and bottle fed the other one.i in no way felt superior to any other mom because i breastfed.however i have this friend that breastfeeds her son and says that shes a better mom then someone who bottle feeds.i was just wondering if any other people out there think this way.i feel as long as youre a good mom and love your child it in no way matters which way of feeding you choose.

This morning before getting into the shower I was giving myself a breast check...all the sudden a droplet that was milky-white came from my left nipple...I think it came out with the pressure I was applying. I whiped it away and tried to see if it would happen again. There was no more, and there was nothing from the other one.

I'm 23 but have never expierence this before. What is this a sign of? Is this normal?

Thanks in advance for you advice! :)

My mother is driving me crazy about wanting to come in and see the sono when I have the next one. The room is really small. There's only one chair...and my husband really likes just going the two of us. But my mother doesn't understand and wont let it go. She bugs me everytime I see her about it...which really doesn't want to make me change my mind. And she cried and told my dad that I must not love her because I won't let her come to the sono. Isn't good enough I'm going to let her be present in the birthing room? Shouldn't that be enough? What do I say..or what do I do?

I'm 14 years old & i just found out i was pregent. 1 month pregent. I got pregent by my boyfriend, of almost 8 months. I regret deeply for having sex. Even though we used protection, I became pregent. My boyfriend is supportive & he is trying to help as much as possiable in helping me find a way to explain to our familes. We are neighbors, and i don't want to start causing problems with our familes. So how should I tell my mom? And will I be okay? Im short, and skinny, so she'll have to start seeing it eventaully. I don't to give it up for abortion, since i don't really believe in it. It's murder to me. Also, i want to stay in school. I want to b a doctor when i grow up, and i dont want to give up on my dream.

And if you are going to leave rude comments;; please don't.
I don't need anything like that right now.
Just support.

My blood type is A Positive. I heard today that I may have problems when I'm pregnant if I have a child with someone of negative blood type, is this true?

Is there a blood type clashing that has to be taken into consideration?

The first time I was pregnant I was scared the whole time. Not of being pregnant but of the labor itself. My mother is a nurse at the hospital who takes care of moms and babys so she has actually helped women deliver before. That in itself should aleveate some of my worries. My first pregnancy took about two day. I went to the hospital dilated to a five. My contractions hurt like #####. They gave me something to take the bite off the contractions, but it made them stop. So they decided to induce me. This made me think it would hurt worse so I opted for a epidural. The first one wore off and they gave me another one. Which didnt fully take, but because of it I was stuck to the bed, with a catherter in me. I still felt the contractions but was stuck to the bed. It was a nightmare. It hurt and I could do none of the things that they tell you to do to deal with the contractions. Like get in a better position. My feet were in stirrups when they told me to push.

I've been on this bc pill since september 06 and ive been doing fine with them..never missed a pill or anything....i usually start my period on my 3rd sugar pill(the green one)..however...its not here yet! a few days before my 3rd sugar pill i thought i was "starting" because i had just a little bit of blood in my underwear but then nothing...i had just a little bit of the discharge that you get right before your period actually starts but that only lasted half a day maybe....so already on my next back of pills and still no period...im about 12 days late. should i be worried about pregnancy right now or just wait? ive been very faithful with taking my pill. has anyone gotten pregnant while on this pill? and what are some extra signs i should look for?

I am having my first baby and my husband and I have thought about me staying home. We have also thought about me working 32 hours a week and putting our baby in my mother's daycare.

I make a decent income on my own, but once I pay for daycare (with family discount) for my baby and pay costs of gas, I will be taking home $800 a month home in savings.

Is it worth it to work 32 hours a week and spend 1.5 hours total communiting in the car everyday just to bring home $800 a month?

When we have our second child I will only be bringing home about $400 a month after paying for another daycare charge.
