If some women can feel the baby move can they see the babies heartbeat?

I never have...however the baby having hiccups occurs in a steady and rhythmical pattern.

I don't think so. The heart is so small and the moving that you see is from really big movements your baby is making. I have had 7 children and often had times during my altra-sounds that I didn't even know the baby was moving because it was small movements.So I really don't think the heart beat would show through.
However, you do see you pulse in your stomach. It is because of how hard your heart works to pump the blood now that your pregnant. So if your seeing what looks like a heart beat in you belly area. It's yours well you pulse. Happened to me all the time.

No, one cannot see the baby's heartbeat.
You can, however, see the baby hiccupping! :)

No..can't be done. And if someone claims to have seen it, they've just seen their own pulse.

No, more likely what you are seeing is other bodily movement.
