My daughter is 16 months, she repeats almost everything I say & speaks very clearly. She repeats all her colors, body parts, & animals. Is this early or do babies usually start developing this way at this age??

I plan to breastfeed my son as long as possible. But at the seventh month, my milk ran dry. The first time I prepare him formula, I felt like I'm getting him poison. Will his I.Q. be inferior that babies whose mothers breastfeed longer? I envied my friends who still breastfeed her sons now that he is one and half year old!
I'm now a bit depressed.

My newborn baby's mouth always signals that he's hungry in a one-hour interval, even though I have spent 2 hours feeding him. He's sucking really loud/hard, so I don't think he's just using my nipples as a pacifier. He cries 15 minuits later if I feed him only for an hour.

he is almost full and probably he is sleepy too at the same time. has anybody else experienced it with their child? and does anyone know what and why it happens? its really a scary sight to see him jerking that way. when will this effect go away from him? hope it is only temporary.

After switching from disposable diapers to cloth diapers, I've noticed after mutiple washings, the cloth isn't as soft as when the diapers were new. I use regular laundry detergent with vinegar in the rinse cycle, yet the diapers aren't as soft as when they were new. I open for suggestings on how to keep the gauze cloth soft and absorbant.

I read to wash newborns clothes in mild detergent or if your machine has the option to extra rinse then choose that, but mine doesn't. So is there a certain type of detergent that is a "mild detergent" or what does that mean? What is recommended?

I am so tired and get out of breath so easily. I get dizzy so easily.. If I sleep 12 hours, I am up for not even an hour and I am so tired again. I lay around all day and sleep and sleep and sleep. After being up for an hour, I am ready for bed again. Only just started my 13'th week and it is getting worse... is this normal?

I just gave him some, a teaspoon mixed into his 5 ounce bottle. Should this be done every feeding, once per day. Should I give it to him with a spoon? He is four months old. His pediatrician says he is okay with it.

Here goes. My baby girl is 3 months old. She was very colic at the beginning, but is doing much better except when 6:00 hits. Here is her routine : 8:00-8:30pm : bedtime ; 8:00am : wakes up, eats ; 10:00 to 12:00 : sleeps ; 12:00 : eats ; sleeps about 1-2 hours in the afternoon ; 4:00 : eats. After that, anything goes but when 6:00 comes by, she cries, cries and cries. I know she's not hungry, she ate at 4:00-4:30. I know she's tired, but I can't put her to bed at 6:00, that's too early. Right now it's 6:40 and she's sleeping on my husband's shoulder. I like to giver her her bath around 7:00, then she eats and then she goes to bed (that's a whole other story because she cries when I put her in her crib). What can I do between 6:00 and 7:00? What can I do differently? Please help.
