I wouldn't let her eat as much as she wants. My daughter just eats and eats after I know she's full. She likes the taste so she just eats. At that age 4 oz seems like a lot to me. It also depends on how often she's eating that too. My daughter was really small then so she was eating about 2-3 oz then. I think if your daughter is around 8 lbs then that's a good amount to eat. If youre worried cut back a little and see how she reacts.

I jus had a son a month ago.. and now he's up to sumtimes 6 oz. .. 4 oz is normal .. if she didnt want it she wouldnt take it.. the protruding belly thing is normal because sum stuff in there{not sure what} like her stomach or organs or sumthin are still really small so thats the reason her belly looks so big, Just keep your baby satisfied.. as long as she's not crying she's happy and fulfilled.. good luck ..!

If you're a new mother, it's normal to get scared everytime you're unsure about something. If you're really worried about it, check with your doctor again and let him know what's going on. You're baby is probably just a healthy little girl who likes to eat a lot. :) Her belly probably gets swollen because she's full.

Make sure you burp her gently, it's normal for a baby's belly to protrud, just try to keep out the gas.

Burp frequently, but DO feed her as much as she wants.

Gas!! rub her back gently and rythmically from the base of her spine to her neck.. you dont need to pat her back to burp her... if you rub it will happen, and it should release that gas! Let her eat until she is satisfied.
