My best friend MADE my twins a crocheted blanket & scrapbooks for each of them. Unfortunately I don't have the time to do that, but I'd still like to get her something a little more "sentimental" or "personal" (my sister & I already bought her a swing). She is having a boy & the shower is next weekend. Any ideas? Thanks!

My son is 6 months old, and we couldn't ask for more.....except for a little more sleep. He does better than when he was first born (when I was only getting 2 or 3 hours a night), but still I'm lucky to get 6 hours of sleep total (not all at once) I'm really tired, and I feel like I never get a break (my husband can't seem to get him back to sleep if he gets up with him) When do baby's start sleeping??

My baby just got over an ear infection, but still has fluid in his ear. My Dr doesn't treat it here (In germany), and said the fluid should clear within 6 weeks. It has been about 3 weeks now, and it still seems to bother him. Are there any at home remedies that I can try to help?

I have a daughter of 2 months old whom I breastfeed. My 3 year old gets incredibly jealous of her and wants me to breast feed him too. I've read up on the subject extensively, but thought I'd ask around.

my daughter, 11 months, is sick and i cant get her to a doctor till monday. it just a flu but it keeps her up at night, i believe its cause her stomach hurts too bad to sleep. i've been giving her infant tylenol to keep her fever down and pedialyte to keep her hydrated but she is tired and has trouble sleeping. any suggestions would be appreciated.

I am not planning on breastfeeding my baby. I've been reading a lot of prejudices towards women who choose not to, and I'm interested to hear from some other mothers on here - did you breastfeed because you thought you had to or because you wanted to? Or did you not breastfeed? I'll feed the baby breast milk, but I'll pump it b/c the thought of breastfeeding just does NOT mesh with me.
