She is two months old- you need only shampoo her once per week. The flakiness- it is not from the shampoo. It is natural. No worries . Massage gently after shampoo into the scalp- creamy lotion/oil by baby magic.
Don't have it? Try a finger tip of olive oil- from the kitchen.

I had the same issues with Johnson's products. In September I attended a cosmetics party for Arbonne. They utilize natural remedies. I ordered the ABC baby line... world of difference! My son's (5 months) skin has cleared up, it's not as dry looking and no scalp flaking. I also love the diaper rash cream and baby sunscreen.

It is a bit costly but I've been using it for over 2 months and I'm not even halfway through the shampoo/body wash yet and I bathe my son every other day at the least. Also, if you sign up as a consultant, you get a 35% discount.

You're welcome to e-mail me if you're interested at cgspitfire@yahoo.com or look up the website at Arbonne.com.

It's cradle cap and yes baby shampoo can worsen it because baby shampoo has saline in it (which is why it is "no more tears") it is made of the same stuff our tears are made of which is SALT...and salt DRIES, which is WHY it is really not good to use baby shampoo because the drying only makes cradle cap that much worse. You need to use a moisture rich shampoo and put a bit of oil on the hair and scalp prior to shampooing to rid the cradle cap. Throw out the baby shampoo.
