I'm fifteen young, but do able.
hes eighteen and is going in to the army.
do you think a planned teen pregnancy is completely horrible?
i know he wouldn't leave me, but there's always the chance that he could.
my parents wouldnt be happy but would deal with it and help me out.
he has a steady job&&i could get one.
i think seventeen is a good age, but if he goes to iraq we both want kids so incase anything happens to him, and i want kids young anyway. i checked and my school has an alternative program for pregnant teens and can return to school after.
do you guys think it could work if we had a baby?
I know its not a smalleral and itll change my life forever but if he goes to Iraq its what we both want. and were going to get married when I turn eighteen.

My period was due December 3rd. I took a test December 5th or 6th and it was a negative. I took a test yesterday evening after work and thought it was a negative so I wrapped it in toilet paper, put it in my desk drawer( to discard it in a trash can other than one someone might see it) and then looked at it again maybe 10-15 minutes later and it was a postive. Today I went to a Womens Health Center and it was a negative. The lady didnt even have me wait more 2 minutes, it says to wait 4 minutes on the direction thing there, and it said negative, so she wants me to come back Thursday with a first morning sample.
Do you think I'm pregnant? Could it have just not been enough HGc? I've been peeing like every hour or so all day, but I held it for an hour before the test today.. sigh. This is so stressful! My boobs are so sore! I'm so emotional! I won't allow any other excuse but being pregnant for this nonsense!

for anyone who has usefull input. my son is six. he was diagnosed with adhd when he was 3. after several trips to the e.r. we realized he does not have the enzyme to breakdown medication, so he takes nothing. we have had continuous problems with daycare, and now school. he is in kindergarden and testing out on a second grade level, but they cannot controle him at school. he is in constant trouble. yesterday he got suspended from school. my new concern is that hi eyes are constantly dialated. i never thought anything about it before, because they have always done this, until another person brought it to my attention. now he is complaining about headachs. everyones first reaction is 'its medication" but he takes no medication, none at all. can anyone help me with any of my problems?

I sweare, if I didn't hate Braxton Hicks contractions.. if they were named something like Charlston Hicks contractions, I would SO use the name Braxton for a little boy! I think it's really cute.
BUT, considering the circumstances, I'll NEVER use it.
Anyone else ever thought this?

My friend's mom had a stroke FRESH out the womb @ birth. Ever since then, she's been mentally handicapped (all her life). An idiot took advantage of her when she was 14 & got her pregnant, & that's how my friend was conceived. People consider my friend a BEAUTIFUL genius, & they think she's mentally normal with a good head on her shoulders & good common sense & street sense. My friend's mom died @ age 44 earlier this year on August 15 from breast cancer. My friend is still grieving. My friend's mom couldn't take care of her, so she was adopted. When my friend became grown & on her own, she'd visit her mom, & her mom would try to fight her & never wanted her to visit because she (the mom) didn't know any better. They're a Hispanic family from the Dominican Republic, but my friend was born & raised here in the states-in California.

***Sorry for such a long background, but I thought I'd share that. Trying to show that my friend's mom came a MIGHTY long way, despite her handicap.

My first daughter started sleeping through the night at age 5 months when she didn't need to eat in the middle of the night anymore. Since then she slept from 7:00pm to 6:00am without a blink until very recently. She's now 3 years old and the only change is that she now goes to bed between 7:30 and 8:00.

My son who is now almost 11 months has never yet slept through the night. He doesn't need to be fed at night any more but he'll have one good night, two bad nights, 3 good nights one bad nigh, one bad WEEK, one ghood night etc. VERY irregular. And he likes to go to bed until 8:00pm or later if I let him! Advice please. I'm starting to loose it!!!

Basically, a girl knows VERY well I like her.
A long time ago, she put me on the "list" of guys that like her.
It was frustrating to be on a list but not be the one...and I kept pursuing her...she's good at making me run, but on the few occasions that I gave up, she always ended up coming to me.

Recently, I sarcastically asked her "so, whatever happened to that list?"
She said "I got rid of it." in a matter of fact voice. Then, said "except for one guy."
I said "who?"
She said "you."

A little later I asked her out...and she said she won't go out with me...her excuse was that she wasn't allowed to because I'm not catholic, and her parents are super-catholics.

If this is true, why tell me I'm the only one??
Please be honest. Did I get played?
How do I treat her now??

I've been aloof, but she's been trying to contact me/dropping comments about how I'm being weird or mean.
I'm being sarcastic and brief, but not actually rude.
WHAT do I do???????

I have been using pampers swaddlers, and just switched into huggies supreme. Due to my daughter will sleep around eight hours a nite (thankfully). And when she would wake up in the mourning she was soaked. I have switched to the huggies and no leaks during the nite! Yay! However I just don't like them they seem so rough feeling to me. I have tried the pampers cruiser and they are still to big for her, and I have a hard time finding the swaddlers in the size "2-3" expect for a small package and I hate buying a small package. The pampers baby dry and garbage to me I hate them. I have seen the new Luv's commericals and know they are also made by P&G and I'm wondering are they good or also garbage. I would love to just get one of them to try out. Anyone used them before? What did you think compared to the pamper swaddlers/huggies supreme? Thanks! :-)

What do you think a good name for Isadora would be?
If you don't like Isadora at all, I'm open to other suggestions for the first name (along with a middle name, too) but it has to be a strong name, such as Valentina. No Ashley, Lindsey, Cady and the likes.
Thank you!

I am 38 wks and went to the doc(actually my midwife) and she gave me the option to be induced tomorrow. My husband and I really want our son to be here ASAP but I declined because even though we want him here so badly we want him to come when he is ready. But I am so sad because he could be here in two days if I want. Even though I am sad I want nature to take it's course..did I make the right decision???

My son just turned 5 months old on the 14th and has never been sick.
Today at 4am he woke up to eat and after about 20 minutes he started crying a little so I burped him and he projectile vomited all over our bed. He's spit-up before, but this is the first time he has ever actually thrown up. There was such a mess my husband and I had to relocate to the guest bedroom for the rest of the night until I could wash the bed covers this morning.
Around 8am when I woke up, while I was in the shower my son had diarrhea that was very very watery and runny (he never got a fever.)
I have never given him anything other than breast milk, now the doctor told me to give him Pedialyte.
I'm just wondering if anyone has ever given their baby, as young as 5 months old, Pedialyte? And how did they react?

I haven't given him anything since his morning feeding around 8am and that was only about 2 oz of milk. Then he had the diarrhea.
He's been sleeping ever since we came home from the doctor :(

This is my 3rd pregnancy. I had the dark line by now with my other 2 pregnancies. Just wondering if I will even get one this time. I am all belly and measuring right on at 24 weeks. Not sure if that matters much...
