As my mom tells me...better to have sweet honey than give into that sweet anything else.

It's alright to have during pregnancy. I love honey.

Honey while you are pregnant is fine. Do not give honey to the baby directly once it is born until about age 2.

Just watch the caffeine intake with the tea. You should be fine.

Honey for a pregnant woman is fine. It's only a problem for the baby if you try to give it directly to him or her. They aren't allowed to have it until after 2 years old because some honey contains a bacteria that can make them extremely ill. Hope this helps!
