I have been ttc for a while now. I got tests back from my pap smear and found out I have cancerous cells on my cervix that requires a few procedures to see if it cancer or not. Im really upset. I am only 21. I am to young to have to deal with this. Has this happened to anyone else and what was the results?

I have my own room, I guess, but I don't feel like it's my room. I have no privacy in the house and I was hoping that would be one room where I could have it. I don't get privacy when I'm going to the bathroom, my brothers have the door open till I finish and they walk away (pervs). If I'm taking a bath everyone suddenly has to pee or get something. My mom and brothers are always coming in my room bothering me and on top of that I can never have a moment to myself. I'm bout to go crazy. How do I keep my room a place to keep sane and to enjoy being alone?

The little girl next door was watching a show. I was baby-sitting. It was one of those shows when a little kid asks his/her perants where do babies come from. I didn't bother to change the channel since it was rated safe. Hard to understand huh? So after the show she turns around and asks the big question, "Cassie, where do babies come from?".

"Your mom." Thats all I could say. "They come from thier mommies, understand sophie?".

"Where from mommy?".

And on and on she went. So I called Mrs.lenus. She didn't like me calling her at work so she hung up. I told Sophie her mom would tell her all she needed to know. But her mom didn't tell her. And Sophie wanted to know badly. She made me promise to tell her on the weekend.

So I asked my mom, dad, and brother but, they all didn't have much to say about the topic. So now I'm asking a bigger crowed the same question.



How do you tell a four year old girl about repredution?

was told by his doctor to put a condom on his organ to stop his wife getting pregnant,later he complained to the doctor that his whife was prgnant, the doctor said did you put the condom on, and the man said he hadn't an organ so he'd put it on his piana instead, anyone ells made this mistake

My daughter today told me that in her school the pre-k teacher gone after her because she dint want to share in her class . Today the class had pizza because it was her classmate birthday so the teacher put her in timeout while everyone was having pizza. The students pre k have lunch at 10:45 am so they get out until 3:10 pm there is a big gap so the teacher gave eveyone snacks later on the day but my daughter as well. What is the corect words to talk to her because the teacher is my age 24

Hi, any advice would be appreciated! I stopped taking my contraceptive pill in September - I had a period within a few days and then a normal period last month. I am now 7days late this month but I am having heavy cramps in my abdominal area and lots of aching around my kidney area - not my usual pmt symptoms. However, I did a hpt when I was 3days late and this gave a negative result. Do you think I could be pregnant or do you think its still early days after coming off the pill? I dont think it is down to stress as we are not worried about the outcome we're just taking it as it comes, when it happens it happens!

Hi all, im 40weeks pregnant and have been told baby is back to back, i have been to hospital today as ive been getting really bad pains down below like im opening up or when baby moves it feels like hes twisting my insides out. i also told them that i have constant backache.They said its the way the baby is laying on my spine and its pressure dwn below, she didn't do a internal or anything,but tonight ive been getting pains in my back that are coming and going every15mins and lasting 53 second, they are not too painful but i think they could be getting stronger. it also feels like i need the toilet (no2) what could this be

I'm officially due tomorrow. And just a few moments ago I passed a long string of mucous and I'm having some slight cramping in my lower abdomen and back. Does this mean that labor isn't far away? How long did it take for you to go into labor once you lost your plug? Thanks :)

I have heard many people say that twins "run in the family", which I find ridiculous. Identical twins are born when two sperm meet one egg simultaneously and Fraternal twins when two eggs are released during ovulation. So, how is it possible that twins can run in your family? Is it true? What is your source?

He will be 3 month old tomorrow and i've noticed in the past few days he has been getting lil red pimples on his face/forehead/chin. I'm assuming its baby acne but doesn't that happened right after birth and clears up after a few weeks? Could this be from kissing him a lot? What can i do to clear up my lil 3 month old cute face again?

Is it ok to let my newborn "cry it out"? I can't stop her crying to begin with but I do everything I can to try. When nothing works and I get frustrated is it ok to let her cry it out? Someone told me she was too young for that and it would cause trust issues, is this true? Anyone have experience?

My bf (now ex) has a child with a woman who is clearly unfit. She has a history of (hard) drug addiction. We've caught her doing some pretty bad things- being high on hard drugs while he's in her care, leaving him alone in the house, not picking him up from school (we found her at a spa, after he'd been waiting for 3 hours), suggesting that he be left overnight with a cat for a babysitter.

Now she's slipped back into hard drug use. My ex won't do anything, won't report her, won't go for custody. Just keeps dropping him off every other week. He says it would be too hard on the boy to take away custody from his mom, and that these "mistakes" don't happen often enough to warrant it.

He says he's smoked weed in the past week (when he hasn't had his son) and if I report her, she'll report him and have him tested and the boy will end up in foster care. I don't want to risk him losing custody. He gives that boy so much love and attention and really takes good care of him.

My dad died about 2 months ago (1 month before my 14th birthday). Though he was an alcoholic and a drug addict and very violent/abusive, he owned my heart...he broke it when he died (of an overdose, by the way). At the time I was looking for anything to make me feel better...so, I had sex for the first and last time until I get married. I knew at the time that it was stupid and foolish of me and that I was way too young, but I didn't care. We used protection but here I am, barely 14 and pregnant.

I haven't told anyone but my aunt (who I'm living with right now) and don't plan on telling anyone else but the father and a close friend. The dad is only 16 and I don't really know what his reaction will be. But, I can't blame him if he wants nothing to do with the baby...we're just kids.

I'm keeping the baby. I know I'm young but I grew up way before my time (I know what you're thinking, that I must not be too mature to get myself in this situation) and my aunt said she would help me anyway possible...I'm very lucky to have her. I know this isn't really a question, I'm just looking for some kind words. I'm a bit scared.

For women who has experienced pregnancy, how often did you have to buy new bras? Were you able to use them after having your baby?

I am 27 weeks, and so far I've only bought a size up. Now I think it's time to buy new ones since I'm starting to feel pain in the chest area. As soon as I remove my bra I feel much better. It's either the bra that is the problem or it could be something else. I hope it's the bra and nothing serious.

This would be my second pregnancy. All the symptoms I have now I don't remember having them with my first one, but then again that was 6 years ago.

I had an elective gender peek ultrasound done at 15 weeks, 2 days. The tech said 15 weeks was late enough to check. She was fairly certain the ultrasound showed a baby boy. I ran it by the doctor today - he said it is "probably a boy," but could go either way. Photo seems ambiguous to me. Maybe we checked too soon? Was hoping to know before Christmas. Anyone have an opinion?

i quit smoking when i found out i was pregnant. im breastfeeding now(baby is 9 days old) and im having TONS of trouble with it. im deciding not to give up thanks to all of your wonderful encouraging answers to my last question but im so stressed and im craving a cigarette so bad. i've read that its okay to smoke while breastfeeding but since my baby isnt use to it will she get sick? she's been eating every 30 min(thats part of my stress) so i cant really wait 2 hours after i smoke to feed her. do you think it would be okay to have a cigarette?

My kids just got a bucket of hand-me-down toys from a friend. In this bucket was the Leapfrog discovery ball which needs new batteries. Does anyone know how to remove the ball from the stand? It has a release button, but that doesn't seem to be doing it. I know the battery cover is inside the ball, but can't get it off the stand to get it open......
