I wouldn't 100% hold my breath on it being a boy or not. My sister had 4 ultrasounds. Every time the Dr said it was a boy. But yet somehow, for the past 8 years, I have been the aunt to a beautiful little girl. LOL! So, I would lean more towards the, it could be a boy, but be ready either way.

definitely looks like a little boy to me =] I was really lucky to find out early too! i had my first ultrasound at 12 weeks and they said that it was a boy, they could see the little bump. then an ultrasound at 21 weeks and 23 weeks both confirmed that he is definitely a boy lol Good luck and god bless!!

I would say it's a boy but they can be wrong. I found out last week that I'm having a little girl and it certainly didn't have any bits sticking out like yours does. My step-sister was told throughout her pregnancy that she was having a boy and then surprise, surprise.....it came out a girl. I woudl wait until you have another ultrasound just to be sure. Congrats.

My friend had her ultrasound done at 14 weeks, and they said hers was a little boy too, when she went back for her 5 1/2 month US it was still a little boy. I've always heard that if they tell you it's a boy it's pretty accurate, it's girls that are harder to tell. I would trust what they tell you because they see ultrasounds everyday, obviously there was something there to make them believe it's a boy!

There is an old wife's trick that has been 100% accurate since I first learned about it.
Here is what yo do.... get a long piece of thread ( about 5 feet long )and a gold ring.....slip the thread through the ring so your husband can hold it.....lay on the floor on your back and have your husband hold the string with the ring just over your belly button. Tell him to hold very still....the ring will start to swing above your belly button.....if it swings in a circle...it's a girl...if it swings oblong...or back and forth up and down your body it's a boy.
Try it...it's fun....pretty amazing too.

That is neat you get a "gender peek!" I took a look and although I am not a professional, I would say that looks like boy parts to me! It is easier to mistake a girl for a boy then vice versa! They told me what my twins were at 17 weeks and I asked when is the earliest and she said 15 weeks, so I think you should get ready for your little BOY! How sweet! Good luck to you!

Oh yeah, that is a penis. If you were hoping for a girl, I'm sorry but that isn't going to turn into a vagina no matter how long you wait!
