Breast milk does not "come in" until between 2-7 days after your baby's birth. However, colostrum, a nutrient rich pre-milk begins to develop around the second trimester. It varies in consistency, coloring, and quantity from woman to woman. Sometimes women experience leaking of colostrum while pregnant. This is perfectly normal and a breast pad can be used to prevent it from wetting through to your clothing. Other women never leak colostrum while pregnant and that is perfectly normal as well.

Your milk doesnt come in until a few days after birth. Until then its colostrum production, and its different for every woman. Some women its in the first trimester, others its the last month of pregnancy. It just depends.
