Teenagers or rather 13 year old boys shoot blanks?

Well my mother told me this information and I want to know if it's true so if me and my boyfriends have sex [NOOO WERE NOT! HAVING SEX!] could I get pregnant?

First of all you didnt have to curse and secondly becuz this girl at school got pregnant and my mom said it wasnt form her boyfriend!

Hey hun, Yes by the time most boys are between 9-12 they can get a girl pregnant.
You know how some girls get there period at age 9 and others get there period at age 16. We all are different. But with boys there sperm developes faster then are ovulation starts. (boys, will start getting wet dreams to release that sperm.) Now not all there sperm may be good and healthy. but yes they can get a girl pregnant. Because it only takes one sperm out a million they release.

That is so cool you can talk to your mom about sex.
I did to at your age. but You need to know moms and dads are not allways 100% right.

You have use of the computer you can allways double check things. And even show your mom. It is allways good to keep on things. And when your mom was young they did not have half the diseases they do now or half the new birthcontrol devises.

You aren't ready for sex. You can get pregnant at 13. All boys don't necessarily "shoot blanks" at he age of 13. You can definately still get pregnant. Try to talk about your concerns with an adult you trust because you would really regret having sex without being married. Trust me! God Bless

Once a boy has reached puberty and is able to ejaculate, he is producing viable sperm and can father a child. Unfortunately there are many misconceptions surrounding sexual intercourse and that is one of the reasons teenagers become pregnant and/or contract a sexually transmitted disease. Your mother is not someone who you can rely on for accurate sex information. Sorry, but sheesh. How dumb can an adult be? A 13 year old is VERY MUCH capable of getting someone pregnant. Even an early maturing 10 year old.

They usually don't "shoot blanks" but some guys do, no matter what their age. I went to school with two 11 year olds that had a baby together.

boys are just like girls in the fact that they mature at different ages, but NO they don't shoot blanks at 13. they may have a smaller amount of sperm in the semen, but they can still become fathers.
