My son is going to be four in February, and he still wears pull-ups at night. During the day he is fine--except for when he sleeps. I know my son like the back of my hand, so I know what the problem is, I just don't know how to fix it. He is like me, a very, very hard sleeper. I have tried waking him up to go a few hours after he sleeps, but he still wakes up wet in the morning, and I've tried to put briefs on him with water proof pants, but he sleeps right thru it for the most part. Sometimes every once in a while, he wakes up, but this isn't working too well. Is this something I need to wait and let happen on it's own, or do I need to step it up and start getting firmer and more disciplinary about it? If so, what are the best steps to take??

I was 4 weeks pregnant when I started bleeding, I went to the ER but after many many "more important emergencies" they told me to just go home and rest and didn't even look at me.
I was curious if anyone knew how long it would take for the test to not show a 'positive' result if in fact I Did have a miscarriage?

My wife and I currently have 2 kids together. She is in the Army (active duty) and I am a stay at home dad also in the Army (resreves). Our kids are 3 and 1 1/2. If we have any more I would like to have them while our other two are still kinda young. I would like to have another baby in our life but my wife and I arent on the same page about this. She thinks that we should stick with two. I get discouraged when we talk about it and she is not right there with me. I dont mind just sticking with two though. I dont want to beg her to get pregnant and be miserable the whole time. So should I keep pressing her hoping the idea will grow on her or should I give up and get snipped? I mean we already have two, thats plenty right?

yesterday, my daughter was sent home from kindergarten because she was coughing. she had no fever or anything like that. she is at the end of a cold, the kind that hangs around forever!! she is otherwise fine.
my question is, would you send your kid back to school the next day? or should she be kept home? i dont want them to think i am sending her to school sick on purpose. i just dont think she is sick enough to miss so much school. i will probably keep her home though.
any thoughts? she is my first in school, so i am new to this :)

that you hated, something that could cause pretty much everyone around them to be mad at them, would you use that information against them? Why or why not?

And before you say I'm a vindictive person, this is purely hypothetical. I am curious as to how people would use something bad about someone they did not like.

I'm doing a research paper in my college english class about why vaccinations are bad/harmful- and I want to get some answeres from parents who believe in vaccination. thanks in advance.

1. Why do you choose to vaccinate?
2. Have you always been for vaccinations?
3. If you haven't- what changed your mind?
4. Do you get a lot of 'flack' from other parents/doctors about your decision?
5. What is your response to them?
6. Do you 'spread the word' about your views or do you keep quiet?
7. What is your opinion of parents who choose to NOT vaccinate their children?
8. any other comments/stories etc... you can add them here.

My boyfriend and I have a 13 month old son and bf works 7 days a week every week (with few exceptions). He says that our son "understands daddy has a schedule too and is just going to work". When daddy is home, our son cries when he walks away, goes to the bathroom, puts him down, etc. I say that him not being around (and tired when he is) is really affecting our son. It isn't necessary for him to work 7 days every week. Am I being too protective, or is this really affecting our son?

This one guy at the mall thought I was related to my mother, who's 37.
What I don't understand, is how can you say someone that is almost over the hill has the same physical chararistics as someone who hasn't even celebrated their sweet 16 yet?
Does or did the same thing happen too you?

Im very curious, because I'm not on birth control nor have I ever been on birth control. The only method I've used is having my boyfriend pull out. Im 22 years old and my last "normal" period was on Oct 26th. I bled for only one day on the 25th of November, and have been spotting off and on ever since? This has never happened to me before.

Has anyone had a similar experience? Im going to the doctors tomorrow, but in the meantime, im going nuts! Thank you for taking time to read my question, and help me out.
