HORMONES!
Good grief I know JUST what you're going through.
Use mens antiperspirant, old spice gel works REALLY well, or even the ones for over production. I think Sure makes some.
I had the SAME problem when I was pregnant.

HORMONES, HORMONES, HORMONES!
Try switching deodorants and maybe using degree which is supposed to be body heat activated or secret now has clinical strength.. If neither of those work..Or even still mention it to your doctor. Maybe there is something they can tell you. Trust me..it wouldn't be the oddest question they heard so don't hesitate to ask them!
Also I am sure you will not be the last pregnant woman with stinky armpits..I had the same with my middle one and I was due in middle of summer..EWWWWWW! LOL

Oh, yeah! I went from never having body odor a day in my life to "reeking" - lol. It's hormones. Drinks LOTS of water and it'll help a bit (around 2-3 months even my urine was odorous). It'll get better and I think once the pregnancy is over (I have my fingers crossed) that I'll go back to being "normal".
Lots of funky stuff happens when you're pregnant. Enjoy it, revel in it and appreciate it. (It'll give you great sympathy for the world)

Sometimes pregnancy sucks... or stinks, I guess. Try using platinum protection deodorant. Carry around some wet wipes and extra deodorant to freshen up. Maybe even keep an extra shirt with you just in case it gets really bad. Aldo, don't use a soap that has moisturizer in it (like dove) try using dial, you want to dry that up, not moisturize it.
Good luck!

Hormones can drastically change your body and your sweating is one of those things that can be changed. You should change to a clear roll-on deodarant because they are normally the strongest.
Some of the scent you are smelling may also be coming from your breasts. Once you deliver your baby, your body leaks scent from your breasts thats simular to that of your uterus. This way the baby naturally knows where to go to gather it's food.
