I am 3.5 weeks late no pregnancy symptoms but my breasts do feel hard?I took a 2 home pregnancy tests 10 days ago got an error on the first test and a faint positive on the second.Now i am scared because my pill use is erratic because the pill makes me get bad headaches and nausea(throw up).The guy in question dislikes condoms i was trying to please him and saw no point in wasting money on them if i was taking the pill.

my son is five months old and he will not sleep through the night at all. i give im a full bottle w/ cereal right before he goes to sleep and he still wakes up several times through the nite for a bottle (which puts him right back to sleep) what can i do to get him to sleep through the whole night?

I am possibly getting tickets to see the Nutcracker for my mom and I. She wants to bring my 3 year old niece, but I'm concerned that she might be too young for it. I think she'd enjoy the dancing, but we won't be sitting super close, I don't think she'll understand the story, and I'm afraid of her getting fidgety and whiny. What do you think? Too young?

I have a threatened abortion right now....so I will probably miscarry soon.
They haven't ruled out ectopic yet, I need another exam tomorrow.
But they said it's eccentric/ecentric (dunno how to spell)

My almost 3 month old had HORRIBLE colic and gas until about 8 weeks, when it started to phase out. She is doing really well w/ just an episode here and there. She is on nutramigen formula, and has been since about week four. Breast feeding was a no-go, then 3 other formulas we tried didn't work, the nutramigen finally did.
Anyway, I am SO SCARED that when we start rice cereal @ 4 months (per her dr. orders she is almost 16 lbs) it will hurt her belly. What were your experiences w/ cereal introduction after gas or colic subsided?

i need some advise..i want to start my own family and for some reason i dont end up pregnant... i went to the doctor and i told him that i want to get pregnant and he sent me for all theese blood test and an ultrasound to check on everything and everything came out perfectly good...after all of that the doctor is going around the bush and doesnt let me know what i can do..maybe i just need a new doctor..

why does some of you out there hate answering pregnancy questions like am i pregnant??

these women are looking for some comfort and someone to be nice to them. cant you spare some kindness???

god help the ones on here who treat these poor ladies like trash. im very glad that im one of these people who will answer a womans question without hurting her feelings or getting a low rating. im the best on here some of you aint. i have 19 best answers and most of them come from pregnancy questions!!

So i am currently 24wks pregnant, i went to my regular OB appt on Tuesday where he told me they saw something suspicious w/my ultrasound and wants me to go to a perinatologist. Anyway my doc says my sono appears to be showing the baby having gas in her tummy. I wanted him to elaborate but he says he's not really sure so that's why he is sending me to a periantologist for another sono. I read the sonographer's report which says he sees a "questionable gastric double bubble" in her abdomen which may be stenosis or could be insignificant. I went home and did some research on the web, i didn't really find much besides some articles saying1/3 of babies w/this have down syndrome and they may require surgery immediately after birth, or born early. All my other testing came back fine, the quad screen testing and no other abnormalities were seen by the sono. Has anyone had any experience w/this or had it happen to them? Made appt w/specialist for Monday in the meantime very scared!

Sorry for reposting but for some reason it stopped taking answers: How do we tell our families about the second child that we had that we have placed for adoption. We don't want it to be a secret, but the first adoption hurt them emotionally very badly. The first one is an open adoption that is story book great the second one has not been so, much it is suppose to be an open adoption but the adoptionagency that we used made bad ties, so the adoptive family has not had contact with us in over 1 1/2 years so our families will not be able to see him like they have been on the first one. How do we go about telling them with as little hurt feelings as possible since this child was born and placed 3 years ago??? please help
Part of the reason it is coming to the time to inform people is because we have a 7 year old son that we teach to not keep secrets and he also knows about the other child and loves knowing about her The child he knows about also knows about our other adopted child so

My daughter is 8 weeks old, and for the last 3 days she's decided that i'm the only person who can hold her.
At first i thought it was cute, but now its starting to upset my boyfriend, she inconsolable when he, or anyone else trys to hold her, or even look at her.

There is a girl in my college, we hang around pretty much though just in college :(
we talk on the phone, and stuff... but she is way out of my league. cos first she is a model! yes, she is very very sexy and pretty too..
and second, she is so sweet and very friendly..

i know this is hopeless, cos to think of rejection is painfull, so why should i ALWAYS fell for a hot and this sexy kinda gal, why i can't fell for someone simple and yet, well my type..???

My 21 month old has a VERY difficult personality. He is loving and sweet - on his own terms- but can also be very mean. He will reach up and scratch my face for no reason. Or will go and bite the crap out of his brother. We punish him - he stops for the moment- but may strike at any time....

My main issue right now is that I can't even leave the room w/ out him freaking out. He is REALLY attached to me and wants me right by his side all the time but - he is so difficult that I cant get anything done. I work from home and as soon as I sit down at my desk - he freaks out!!!

What can I do??? How can I get this child to give me some breathing room. He does not behave this way with anybody but me. He is Daddy's angel and is perfect at daycare (he goes 2 days a week).... so what am I doing wrong????

Please - good advice only- I dont need anybody being critical of my parenting.... Im doing the best I can .... just having a bit of a hard time right now.

ok so i have 14 month old twins and they wont sleep through the night ive done some research and there is no nutritional need to wake up at night they wake up 5 or 6 times everry night and its driving me nuts im so exsasted that some times i dont even hear them how do i make them sleep through the night

Morning ladies,

Just curious, what your babies heart rate was and what it turned out to be a boy or a girl.

I went in yesterday for my visit and the babies heart rate was 155, we find out on Tuesday what we are having and I cant wait.

So just curious as the old wives tale says the higher the heart rate the more likely you will be to have a girl and the lower the heart rate you are more likely to have a boy.

Just to add a little fun to our Thursday!!

i am 38 weeks pregnant i lost my mucous plug on monday last nighti had loads tighen pains today i had tiny bits mucous and they are pinkish nots loads but enough you would notice when you wipe your self... i still having few movements today babby legs and arms i have also droppedd and have alot pressure do you think labour is soon
