I am 3.5 weeks late no pregnancy symptoms but my breasts do feel hard?I took a 2 home pregnancy tests 10 days ago got an error on the first test and a faint positive on the second. Now i am scared because my pill use is erratic because the pill makes me get bad headaches and nausea(throw up).The guy in question dislikes condoms i was trying to please him and saw no point in wasting money on them if i was taking the pill.

No, the pill wouldn't affect the test. The only thing that affects the test is the hormone hcg. This supports a pregnancy. If you don't have hcg, then the test won't pick it up and its negative. If you have hcg, then your test is positive.

Since you are 3.5 weeks late and took a test 10 days ago, then a positive result should have shown back then. See your doctor to find out what's going on.

When you consider that the hormones in birth control pills are the same as the hormones that they use to help a woman get pregnant, just in different levels, yes birth control can make a pregnancy test read funy. My advice would be to call the 800 number on the box for the pregnancy test and ask their customer service. They should know what affects the reliability of their tests.

No. If you're positive, you're positive.

No condom, no sex.

If the pill makes you sick, call your dr. for a different pill.
