This may be a once in a life time chance and If you dint let her go she may resent you for life because you ruined her chance and her dream.I understand school is very important but you just need to make her understand that it is possible for her to do both she just needs to work very hard. And I do see your point that it does put alot of pressure on her You just need to sit her down and express all of your concerns with her telling her this will be alot of pressure and you still need to go to school especially still attend college because modeling is a very hard business and no matter how beautiful and wonderful she is some times these things don't always work out and she needs a fall back plan and being educated is very important. Also something to think about if you don't let her do this she may think her whole life if only my mom would have let me go to London and model things may have been different .But If you do decide to let her go you need make rules for her.
Good luck and I'm sure you will come up with what you think is right for you to decide

I looked up Diesel Models, simply because there are so many scam agencies preying on young kids in the U.S. I thought it might be the same in the U.K.
They say on their website that they are not a modeling agency, that they only get people "ready" for representation (there's no need to get people "ready" if they have the right physical qualifications, and they can't be gotten ready if they don't have those qualifications, but that's another story. She's apparently with these people already, so what's done is done). So as long as this isn't a real modeling job---and it doesn't sound like one---it's not going to hurt her professionally to skip it.
However, if you've paid money for this aspiring-model grooming service, I'd suspend the grounding for that one day, and accompany her there and back. With grounding to resume once the shoot is over.

Diesel models? sound legit but check them out PROPERLY
Lots of dodgy and dangerous agencies around
Dodgy take money, dangerous are froents for human sex slave trafficing and thats how many sex slaves in the uk from eastern europe ended up here.
There is nothing wrong with nude modeling if old enough and all upfront about it ie Playboy.
Its the dodgy and dangerous side you need to worry about and anyone encouraging slimming pills or doing drugs around the kids like cocciane to be avoided... that said plenty of legit agencies.
Rules
YOU or dad whoever is tougher is on set.
You all study contract law
YOU go through ad agencies and magazines to make sure this is a legit agency
If too much pressure or any crap you pull her out and get that in the contract.
And grounded... find a different punishment

I would say get an education first, but in this situation this may not be in her best interests. If she wants to do modelling, then guide her along the way and make sure it doesn't put too much pressure on her. You don't want her ending up a size zero.

Let her go to College First, Depending where she goes, some Colleges provide Fashion Enrichment Courses and this might give the boost she needs to go into the modeling business and by what I've told It's fun and it helps to get rid of stress.

Let her do college first. The modeling lifestyle is full of drugs, and other undesirables, and she may end up with a HUGE eating disorder and kill herself off. She's young and somewhat naive at her age. Very vulnerable. Maybe once she becomes an adult she can start modeling.

ok first there are many models around 15 years old..
then if you are worried about she pursuing college, well i had met few models who even join college.. i think it depends on how your daughter wants it, if she still wanna grab some knowledge she will fight for it.. if not, then i think let her..
not all profession brings good money!!!
but you always have to be there for her, any where and anytime, cos models life are crazy and very tempting, but with a right guidance i dont think it's any harm...
good luck ;)

okay you have to look at this from two different stand points
if you don't let her go and shes mad at you for the rest of your life (seems dramtic i know but its true this is a big deal for her) also it could help pay for her college education so while shes doing what she likes shes helping herself in the future
if it becomes to much pressure she'll tell you and you two can talk about what needs to be done so she won't be so stressed
honestly my opinion let her do it try it out if she likes it then let her keep doing it but don't force her to make a desicion right off the bat

Let her do the shoot. If she becomes a famous model, the money she makes will pay for college.
