my son is four and is being bullied and targeted by the school and the school bus drivers.because i chose to stay home with my son and raise him instead of working he is also an only child. he has never until starting school this year ever been in a classroom setting. obviously its a huge adjustment for him. he is used to being the center of attention and now hes not. and they dont understand that. or dont want to. i have also had problems with his afternoon driver. she refuses to drop him off on the district assigned stop she drops him on the busy main road instead. where people dont stop for the bus. he could get hit and killed. i am out there to get him but still. thats not her fault. i feel the bus stuff is racial. because she is black we are white and where i live blacks think they are owed something and better than white folks. i disagree i believe we are all equals. i have had several meetings regarding the school targeting my son it gets me nowhere the teacher even admitted

And oatmeal is very heavy. He is 4 months old and I wanted to wait until 6 months, but he is ready. He is teething off and on and gets restless and is up all night. partially from teething, and partial because he is hungry.... just restless. He is feeding more and more and more and longer and longer and longer. He seems happy enough during the day, but still eats more often and longer. Nights are becoming awful. He used to wake up 3-4 times a night hungry. Now he is waking up 3-10 times a night hungry. When he is teething it is worse because he is awake from being restless, which a full tummy would help ease some of that. Last night he was up till 3 am screaming. I fed him and fed him (he was eating for comfort and because he was hungry). I was finally couldnt' handle the screaming anymore and I cried and put him in his playpen to cry until I calmed down and tried to sleep.

i am a divorced parent of 2 boys and i am terriffied of the school system labeling my kids.. if my kids dont eat the school lunch they question it.. if they dont feel like playing on recess.. they question it... the school knows about the divorce and at some point they had linked one of my kids behavior to the divorce.. they asked me to take him to a counselor who in turn told me that my son is most likely bored at school because his inteligence is very advanced and that he was more than willing to test him... i dont want him tested because it will be another form of labelin ...

I have been up since 6am at it almost feels like I have morning sickness. I am 39 weeks tomorrow. I have this cramping feeling, and everytime I get it I feel like I have to pee. It is now 10:00 and I still feel like this. I was in premature labor at 33 wks. but this does not feel like before. Could I be in labor, or could I just be getting sick? Also last thursday i was not dilated or anything. What do you think? Should I call the doctor, or hang out awhile and see what happens?

ok heres my deal...
TTC for 14 months (i have PCOS) but i didnt have my period from december 2006-October 2007. I got my period on 10/12/07. now today i have a pain about 3 inches up from my pelvic bone on the left side. and my nipples hurt bad. is it possiable i could be ovulating on my own? if not what else could it be?

i have a baby girl..shes about 1month and 2 weeks old..shes eating about 5-6 oz every 2-3 hours..is this normal? i mean she acts like shes starvin all the time..i just don't know if she can eat to much ya know?? i was breastfeeding but then no longer produced so i had to switch to formula. i guess im just bein a concerned mommy!! ahh need some advice..

Just wondering what motivated you to make the decision to be a stay at home mom. For my husband and I, it was the fact that while both of us were working, life was crazy, hectic and stressful to the point where it was affecting our family life negatively. Also the fact that our daughter was being raised by a stranger at daycare didn't sit too well with us (she was in daycare anywhere from 8 to 11 hours a day, depending on what shifts my husband worked). It's really tough sometimes making it on one income, even if we have to go without the extra things, but it's really worth it. We've had to cut way back - we don't go out, we buy only neccessities, money is really tight, we live in a small, old house and drive 10 year old vehicles and don't have cell phones, cable or anything extra like that, but being able to actually be there for my kids is worth it. What made you decide to stay home, what are some sacrafices you had to make, and what is your favorite part about being a SAHM?

As a woman and a mother, I'm just curious what, exactly, goes on in these cases. What kind of things are said?

How does the teaser get away with admitting that he even noticed the other guy's penis, let alone with making comments about it? It would seem that that kind of thing would make more trouble for the teaser than anything. And, I would think it could be so easily turned around by the 'teasee', by saying something like, "Dude, were you checking out my penis?"

my daughters had been fighting so i put them in their rooms to calm done.
about 10minutes later i went to check on them and they werent there
i checked the whole house and i couldnt find them
after this i was panicing
i found the front door open
and i ran outside and was looking everywhere for them, crying and screaming
i found them in the next street from mine (thank god)
they had decided to run away because i put them in their rooms
i took them home
they are 8 and 10
i feel like i wasnt watching them carefully enough
what should i do?
