Okay I know this is TMI but I am clueless. I have hemmeroids REALLY bad and my doctor only told me over the counter medicine that I could put on. We do not have any money at the moment and the doc said if it is not cleared up at birth, they would need to be surgically removed (yes they are that bad). As I am scheduled for induction Wednesday, I was hoping someone had ideas on how to make them better. Or less painful at least

How do you keep your body from "feeling" pregnant? I've taken a couple tests (all BFN's) and had my period, but I still get nausous, headaches, and picky about my food.

Honestly, since I know I'm not pregnant, it's driving me crazy!

I was always told that 14 is the cut off for trick or treating, but I have seen many older teenagers out trick or treating. A couple of years ago I actually had 2 women in their early twenties who came trick or treating at my house. My husband gave them a couple of pieces of candy, and after they left he asked me "Can you believe that?" and I asked why he even gave them any and he said "What was I supposed to say?" Is it rude to tell someone that you think they are too old to be trick or treating? One of my co-workers said that she will actually tell an older teenager that she thinks they are too old and won't give them candy and I have seen people post signs on their house saying they don't give candy to anyone over 13. Is this rude?

I'm afraid of telling her, and to top it all off I told some of my best friends (well 3 of them) and only 1 was supportive! Ugh, help me find the courage to say it.

my parents have been divorced for almost 2 years, & i;m handling it well. but my parents r still upset. my dad always tells me all this crap about my mom, and puts a huge load on my shoulders to be the brave one. i mean, i know he's lonely & only wants some1 to talk to, but he always tells me all this stuff! i was fine before, but now, he's gotten me all depressed. my mom just says all sorts of mean things about my dad, but not as often. i've told her & remind her when she starts to say things, but it's completely different with my dad. i want to b respectful, but he would defonatley break down. i just want him to stop telling me that he did all that he could!!! this is something i've been batling for months. i've prayed to God, giving my life up to Him, and hoping that the knowledge of His Son will help me, but i feel defeated. any christian ideas? . i'm just a 14 year old girl who feels like evry time she sees her dad, she thinks he's going 2 give her a long sermon & break my heart.

He's nineteen months old and I am taking him trick or treating and I was wondering if I should take his stroller or let him walk. I'm afraid people will look down on me if I put him in the stroller but on the other hand my mother told me I would get awfully tired if I didn't.

I'm keeping a friends baby while she's at work. I've kept her before, but the first 2 times she was gr8. The last few times I have kept her tho, she pretty much just whines and screams the whole time. She'll stop for a min. but then she starts right back. It doesn't matter what I do to try & calm her. Nothing works for long. She won't take a nap, she won't eat, her diaper is dry, she throws anything I give her 2 drink or play with, she follows me around wanting me 2 pick her up & when I do, she'll stop crying for a little bit but she eventually starts back & when I put her down she screams like I'm murdering her. I can't carry her around all day bc I have 3 children myself that I have 2 care 4. They try 2 play w/her & she wants nothing 2 do w/them. Giving her a bath doesn't work or taking her outside. She doesn't have a fever or caugh or runny nose so if she's sick it's got 2 b a stomach ache or an ear infection or...sumthing else I cant c, but giving her meds doesnt help either.

I have a call into my doctor about this, but as I wait, I'm just wondering: my husband and I are trying to get pregnant. If it happened, conception would have happened on Sunday, 3 days ago. It's too early for a pregnancy test and too early (or so I thought) for symptoms. I was exhausted yesterday and today to the point that I've taken 3 hour naps both days. That could be anything. But this morning, as I was eating breakfast, I passed out! I know that my blood pressure, iron and blood sugar are OK. Could it really be a symptom of "pregnancy" so soon?? (I know I'm not "pregnant" as implantation hasn't happened, but my hormones could be whacked out, right?)

Our 6 month old baby girl just got her 6th month shots, and the doctor wanted to give her a flu shot as well onn Monday. Tuesday we introduced rice cereal (very little) to her as well as a taste of juice. That night she vomited quite a bit in bed. I wasn't sure if she just got too full or what.

Today (Wednesday), I fed her at 8:15am 7 ounces of formula...then fed her again at 12:40pm 5 ounces of formula. At 2:00pm I tried giving her a taste of juice. She vomited again quite a bit, like 3 times onto the highchair tray. Now I know she wasn't that full. Could it maybe be the flu shot causing this? Anyone have any similiar experiences?

I work in a school. Today, about 4 kids in a class of 25 didn't have Halloween costumes. They were individuals that didn't celebrate the holiday.

This is understandable. Everyone is entittled to their own beliefs. However, serveral of the kids (ages 4-6) were crying because they didn't have costumes. It very difficult to explain to a 5 year old, that they don't have a costume because their parents/families don't celebrate the holiday.

Personally, I think the parents should not spend the kids to school or pick them up early on Halloween. I just don't believe that all kids/students should be punished because 3 or 4 kids don't celebrate the holiday (etc-banning costumes)

What do you believe? If you celebrate the halloween would you be disappointed if next year your child's school said no costumes or celebrations. There were many parents today at school who just were loving the parties. We had so much left over candy and goodies b/c of the overwhelming response

I want to get my friend's son a nice sleeping bag as he joined the scouts and I am assuming at some point they will go camping. He is 6. I thought about one of those character ones, but as we all know things like that are not made to last and fads change with flip of the TV channel when you are young. Would it be better to get him one with a warranty that is manly looking so he can use it long-term or go for the character of the moment? Also, for those of you with suggestions, add links to sites with the bags you suggest. Thanks for your help!
