that happened to me when i was a month and a half. i thought i had miscarried. blood, bad bad cramps, no more morning sickness since. I hadnt gotten my period since then. i figured since i had a miscarraige, it was normal. turns out im still pregnant, i didnt figure it out till i was 6 months along, and now im due in 6 weeks, i cant beleive im having a baby in SIX weeks. anyways just take another test or go to the doctor. dont assume anything

You might have had a false positive pregnancy test. I did and 5 days later started having heavy bleeding and cramping w/ clots. I thought I was pregnant and went to the doctor's just to find out that it was a heavy period and I was never pregnant. A nurse said it could have been an embryo that wouldn't attached. Either way, I got pregnant right after that. Good luck to you!

Generally, all you need is one positive test and you are indeed pregnant. Heavy bleeding accompanied with severe cramps is not a good sign. It could indeed be a sign of miscarriage. Please know that whatever it may be, it's not your fault. And there is nothing you can do to prevent it. If I were you, I'd make an appt with your doctor and inform them of everything that's being going on. You need to be examined as soon as possible. Good luck.

It could possibly have been a miscarriage. A lot of women think they're getting their period but are actually miscarrying as they didn't even know they were pregnant. I would go and see your doctor.
