I know how you feel! It's so surreal and other people make their stupid comments sometimes, like they know anything about how you struggle...
I think it's more of a getting comfortable with yourself thing. You are upset, understandable, and that can cause the feelings you're feeling. And all that happens subconsciously.
Try to settle with the feelings instead of fighting them and hopefully you should relax more soon.
I hate that you feel this way, but you will get everything you want one day in this life.
You're in my thoughts and prayers, hope you feel better!

I know how you are feeling....It is so disappointing to "feel" pregnant and still see over and over the BFN on the stick. I actually found a website where there are MANY other women like us. I found this website very useful because many of the answers that you have posted are on there with actual doctors advice and comments. You can even ask the doctor (a fertility specialist) questions of any kind.
Hang in there, friend. I know things seem down and hard to understand right now, but there are great plans for you and I am sure that you will get your dream soon and then it will be your new reality.
I was always told that things happen for a reason and when things are meant to be, they will be.
Here is the website (check it out):

Good luck!! Keep your head up!! We are all here for you!!

I am not sure but if you do find something that works let me know. I really had the prego symptoms last month. I had totally convinced myself I was. I try to busy myself and right now my hubby and I have decided that if I get my AF this cycle we are giving up our charting, opk's and clomid until the new year. We want to enjoy the holiday season. We are planning a trip during the week of Christmas. We never get away so it will be fun. After the new year we might see what my ob/gyn recommends about us seeing a specialist. You never know maybe with us not trying to time things perfectly it will work out before we need to take that next step. I am sorry I am not much help. The only things I know are to stay happy, healthy, busy and pray. It is the only things that get me through. Best wishes to you!!!

I don't know, honey, how you can change that. It's a disorder that develops when a lady wants a child so badly that her body creates the symptoms of pregnancy. Seems like a lot to go through when there's no baby coming.
I'm so sorry.

this is so hard. seek a support group, counseling. try to add lost of activities to your life, hobbies whatever will fill the time. get excited about trying again next month. take a romantic vacation. don't torture yourself by looking at baby or pregnancy stuff.
i wish you all the best.

only way I can tell you is to try stop thinking about it, your body only do things what you want it to do, and by you thinking your pregnant your body would play pregnant
