I have a call into my doctor about this, but as I wait, I'm just wondering: my husband and I are trying to get pregnant. If it happened, conception would have happened on Sunday, 3 days ago. It's too early for a pregnancy test and too early (or so I thought) for symptoms. I was exhausted yesterday and today to the point that I've taken 3 hour naps both days. That could be anything. But this morning, as I was eating breakfast, I passed out! I know that my blood pressure, iron and blood sugar are OK. Could it really be a symptom of "pregnancy" so soon?? (I know I'm not "pregnant" as implantation hasn't happened, but my hormones could be whacked out, right?)

It could be wishful thinking... Honestly though, I knew the next morning that I was.. Woman's intuition.

The fertilized egg doesn't implant until 6-10 days past conception. HCG is then created and that's what causes the pregancy symptoms. You would not have implanted yet, so there would be no symptoms.

i don't think your hormones could get out of wack from pregnancy until implantation occurs. maybe you ovulated earlier than you think or you just want to get pregnant so badly you are having symptoms or something else is wrong with you.

Too soon for pregnancy signs. I would however check with my doctor and make sure he doesn't want to see you about your tiredness and passing out.

I had pregnancy symptoms with all 3 of my children within days of conception. I would just take good care of yourself, make sure you take a good multi vitamin, and take a HPT as soon as it allows! Good luck!

Truthfully it sounds like a thyroid disorder.
