I think that you should call the doctor. They may want you to come in and get checked out.

Well, you can call the doctor to see what he says,
39wks is hardly considered premature labor.
(Full term is between 39-42 wks)
If you don't have any mucus expulsion, your water didn't break,
or your contractions aren't consistent.
I would wait it out, because, If you go to the hospital now,
that's exactly what you'll be doing. At least if you are going
into labor, make sure it's active labor. Any of the sign above is active labor.
If your feeling sick on the other hand you may want to call, to see what the doctor says, chances are the nausea is coming from the labor it's self and there's no need for alarm.
Go to the hospital when you can't take the pain any more and even then. Because chances are, if this is your first, it may be a while.
All and all relax, if your about to go into labor, I would try to get all the relaxation I can, trust your body, labor is hard work.
You can best prepare, yourself by resting your body.
Good Luck

Well if the cramping feeling begins to happen more and more like every 3-5 minutes then I would say you are in labor.

You can be nauseous during labor, but it's usually not the first symptom. If the "cramping" gets stronger and it's every so many mins apart and continues, or if your water breaks or if you start having a backache (and this could be like a contraction - every so many mins apart) - then I would think LABOR. You'll know contractions when you feel them. It's unmistakable.

I don't mean to sound rude or think of you as dumb. but anythime you have a problem with sickness I wouldn't come to this way of asking someone that is not medically trained!
call your doctor's office and ask the nurse what you should do with giving the symptoms that you have. Could be almost anything. Call now!

Call the hospital to be sure you don't need to go in. I'm sure you're right since you went into premature labor. Just make sure you call just to be safe. Good luck and congrats on the baby.

Time your cramps and time the time in between. That's the best way to tell if you're in labor. If they come and go with regularity, you're probably in the early stages; you will know when it's labor, believe me. The pain is certain in its duration and the time in between is certain.
Even though you're going to be clocking your pain, call the doc anyway just to be safe. Happy babying!

I say give it a few more hours and then call your doctor if you are still feeling this way. You may be in labor, though, so I wouldnt wait to long.

I'd just wait it out. Its normal to constantly feel like you have to pee at this stage, since the baby tends to lay right on your bladder. If it burns to pee, or you REALLY feel like you have to pee bad, but nothing comes out, go get checked for a UTI.
It doesnt really sound like labor to me. It sounds like late pregnancy.
