my son turned 2 in july...but still doesnt talk using sentences...he can say alot of words,but he cant put them together.although he does know the alphabet from a-z..and can also write them,also numbers from 1-20,as well as saying them..it seems like he just is interested in learning what he likes...ever since he was small,hes real good at pick up things prctically the first time hes shown ....why not speaking???

hey there well i got up the nerve to change obgyn Dr's i was i bit nervous because i didn't want him to say anything to me well he didn't even see me so that was good lol,anyway i had to change him because he was real smart assed.So i was wondering I found out i was having a boy but i wanted to know if any of you lady's were told that your baby had something wrong with it at 23 weeks from the Dr doing a video ultrasound well the idiot i had said my baby has one kidney and only one well i know that things can happen and he will live but is it really possible to tell that early the baby moved but he was in the same position the whole time he moved his arms and feet but i just wanted to know if you have ever experinced this thanks.oh and i,m 5 1/2 months due feb 10th

There is no self-checkout at the store where i can buy some so i have to use the cashier but im going to be embarassed by the people in behind me and the cashier what should i do because these people are more likely to stare at me.

My baby is 8 lbs 2 oz. we are feeding her around 2 oz. every 3-4 oz. she would drink more if we would let her but we don't want to over feed her. She is very fussy, even after we feed her. Very fussy, clean diaper, warm, no temp. just can't figure anything out but to feed her more. Went for check up and she was great physically. What should we do and how much should we feed her.

I have always been very squeamish about my gynological appointments, and I have recently found out I am pregnant. I went in at 8 weeks for an abdominal and trans-vaginal ultrasound and did better than I expected, but now I have all those weird examinations, cervix checks and BIRTH to look forward to. I am so scared of the actual delivery part, and I know you'll all say "it's worth it in the end", and i totally believe you, but how do you get over the squeamish part of the checks and the crazy instruments and all that stuff. I dread the doctor checking my cervix for dilation (like a whole hand goes in there? lol) I almost pass out when I get a Pap Smear, how will I ever handle childbirth? OMG!

My daughter is 3 1/2 months and running a slight fever....99.3 (took temp under her arm) Not too high...but higher than her norm. She has been sucking on things non-stop and chewing on her clothes. Is it possible she is teething. I can't really tell from feeling her gums...is there any other way to tell? She has red cheeks and has had more stools today than normal.

My son is 6 mo. old. He's been eating 1 tbs of cereal once a day since he was 5.5 (he didnt finish it al in the beginning.) Anyway now he still eats the same amount once a day, and he has a 6.5 oz bottle every 3.5 to 4 hrs., but for the past couple days he doesnt seemed satisfied. Someone mentioned adding cereal to his bottle. So i wanted to know how do i do it and how much with a 7 oz bottle?

I havent started him on stage 1 food yet bcuz he has a doc appt. in 2 weeks and i'll see what he says then.

My friend just found out she's one month pregnant. She doesnt want the baby and neither does her boyfriend so shes getting an abortion... im afraid she's going to regret it later. if you have problems with controversial type q's, just exit through the door on left, thanks....okay, i'm in my late 20's i just graduated college in May. I have no potential bf's and I'm a virgin, lol. I have NEVER wanted kids I was always the anti- baby having girl in my group. Now these past few months everytime I see a baby i'm in LOVE, lol. I want one! No, seriously I want to have a child. What is all this about?? I am wondering, if this is just a phase i'm nervous b/c obviously children are not "phases." I want to know from moms, do you think if I had a baby - I would go back to my mind set of wishing I didn't have one? I guess what i'm really asking is - do women sometimes regret having kids even if they wanted one at the time....I'm trying to sort out all these feelings about becoming a mother vs. not. With most of my female friends it just seems like the choice is so clear. Thanks.

PS don't badger me about unwed mothers - I'm going to find a husband before I have a child.

right hi should i be concerned what it is i had my son on 27th august and since i had him i bleed then just last friday when i passed a clot was sent 2 hospital 2 get it checked everything came back fine then my bleeding stopped that day and no more bleeding until today it started of brown(old blood) and then started going red its very very light that i only need 2 use one or two towels a day
my question is should i worry bout this or is this my period back.
also wil this bleeding if it continues will it affected me from gettin the and iud next week
yes i was animic and i am on iron pills which i am taking
