Yes, very much so. Pregnancy can occur in most and usually ever positions if sperm is ejaculated. Preventing this is the key to not getting pregnant, like getting birth control, or spermicidal foams, or douche after having sex, which will decrease the likelyhood pregnancy.

regardless if she is on the bottom,or on top.
She can also get pregnant if she is nurseing

I shouldn't laugh but the thought that gravity will help matters is a no-go I'm afraid.
As soon as you place your penis inside that there vagina you are in dangerous ground. Even if you don't ejaculate inside her, there is still a chance you will have seeped a little before hand and conceived.
Always were a condom..... unless you want:
A) To be at risk of an infection
B) To be at risk of creating a child that you cannot support and educate better than yourself!

Rule of thumb is that a woman can get pregnant by having unprotected sex. She could also get other unpleasant surprises in the process.
So probably yes.

If you are not using protection it doesn't matter what position you are in you can get pregnant and the more fertile you are the higher your chances I got pregnant for my second child this way and the first time we did anything with out protection.

LOL! Yes she can! Gravity is not a natural contraceptive. Use and condom or make sure the girl is on birth control to prevent an unwanted pregnancy.
