I just had my baby 6 weeks ago and I'm breastfeeding, the last couple of days bright red blood has been basically flowing out. It's not a WHOLE bunch of blood, it's like a lighter period but bright red. Is this a period or something bad?

My sister's father tells my sister to lie to my mom, my sister knows she isnt supposed to lie. He puts her in a bad situation all the time. My mo has talked to him about it but he justoesnt care. My sister is in counseling becase of other issues we have had with him. What else can we do?

I was wondering if my HCG levels might be rising too slowly.
On Sept. 7 they were 227
on Sept. 11, they were 725
and on Sept. 18 they were 2332
These don't seem to be doubling, but are they still within the normal range?

the had to dilate me last week to 2cm but yesterday they had to redo it because the baby moved back up and i closed. i passed my due date it was on the 16th and now they want to induce me on friday because the baby is getting too big for my body. i'm REALLY REALLY scared about being induced, i heard it hurts alot worse and that most of the time they end up doing c sections. help i need to know what i can do to get her out before friday. i've tried walking, sex, spicy foods, and i can't find raspberry leaf tea.

Hi, at the moment I'm 34 weeks along with my first little one and I need help!
Me and my husband have been having long talks about spanking our boy... I know its awhile off but I just wanted to get some outside opinions.
I wont tell you who believes what but one of us says that spanking is a natural form of punishment, nothing that would hurt the kid, but just enough to teach him no. He wont be able to understand if you just talk.
The other says that teaching him that hitting is a proper thing to do when someone does something bad, is wrong. It doesn't matter how light the touch.
We don't 'Fight' about it, but we just cant come to a common ground on this. I would rely like to have the issue sorted out before the baby comes.
I get the feeling he will find a way to play us off one another if we are not united in our forms of punishment. The go to this parent and they say no, go to that one and they say yes kind of thing. ( I started doing it at 2yrs)
So what do you do? Spank or no Spak

i suffer from irregularity, so 've decided to change my diet.. i am eating more fibre such as blended green leafy vegetables, fruits and beans... i thought this would send me running to the bathroom, but i'm still not eliminating, whats wrong????????/

I went to the doctor about a week ago and my baby wouldn't open his/her legs, even when she/he moved it would move with his/her legs shut ALL THE TIME! s/he is driving me crazy!! i wanna know what it isssss!
I'm 16.3 weeks today (09-18-07), my doctor told me we would probably be able to know when I go back Oct 11th, which I will be 19.5 weeks!! and the baby is bigger and would probably cooperate BETTER LOL...
When did you find out? How far along were you? Is there a possibility I might never find out until the baby's out?
My doctor told me she does more ultrasounds than usual because she has the machine in the patient's room...I've gotten 3 ultrasounds so far and I'm only 16 weeks...

My 2 year old son has autism, he cannot speak but babbles,im devastated he is my 3rd child, the other 2 are not austic. Is there something wrong with me i think? He changed after the mmr jab, people say you cannot prove a link, but he changed soon afterwards i noticed.We have gone on the autism early bird course here in oxfordshire england to learn to get the best out of him. But i pray he can talk when he get's older, he communicate's now by pulling your hand to what he want's,and he is so loving,like's to be cuddled and loves to go on the trampoline and jump up and down.What hope for the future is there?

Am I the only who thinks this is wrong?
I do think that they should offer healthier alternatives in school for lunch(my school put only healthy snacks/drinks in the machines-that is a start) but a snack once in a while does not hurt a child. Yes there is an obesity problem but isn't up to teh parent to know when their child is obese and to get them involved in sports and healthy eating habits? It starts at home.

Hi there. I have been told at GYN appointments that I have a "tilted uterus". I know many women have this. Thing is, I am now 5 1/2 months pregnant, and I was just wondering... does anyone else have a tilted ulterus and did it present any problem with any of your pregnancies? Thanks!

She's 2 1/2 and she can't stand being wet anymore. She cries and cries whenever she's wet for me to change her "Damper" (diaper & pamper mixed together LOL) Anyway if I leav her in the diaper will it hel with tht potty training. I need to get her out of diapers already!! I know she's ready because she hates diapers and just wants to wear her panties but she always pees in them still. I don't even know how to being to potty train!!

My bf and I picked Caden for a girl or a boy. (We're hoping for a boy). Middle name for boy would be James and middle name for girl would be Gabrielle.

Since we are going with the same name for either sex, how could we spell it differently for either sex. And my bf doesn't want it to start with the letter K. Thanks!

My oldest daughter will be 12 next month and I need some ideas for a party. She is not like other 12 year olds. She still likes Build-A-Bear and Polly Pockets. So I am stuck for ideas. I just read an article about a mother who may go to jail for over feeding her children. They have been obese since they were about 1 or 2 years old. The article stated that this was abuse since they will probably be plagued with health problems their entire life. The children are in their teens now and are still overweight. Also, she never took them to the doctor for regular health check ups even though she had really good insurance.

Any ideas or suggestions...We are taking the kids next month to a wiggles concert. Kids are 4 and 2. We went last year also. And realized you can bring props and stuff for the Wiggles, There is a time when they come through the isles and get everything. Roses for Dorthey the dinosar, and Bones for Wags the dog. We saw someone make a large bone from cardboard last year - We are thinking about that...Any ideas of any signs maybe....Thanxs!

I'm Adopted. I've been adopted 3 times in the last 6 years. My new Gaurdians...thats all they are, and nothing more...just helped me find my real family....I'm happy they helped but here's where the problem lies. My Gaurdians have talked to my familyand told them things that ...I geuss I'm not suppose to know.
