Caden IS the traditional Anglicized form (like Aidan for Áedán), so I really see no reason to change that, even if you do have a girl. After all, if you like the name, you like the name. You don't have to try to "girly it up" or something. It's perfectly fine to use a traditionally masculine name for a girl -- I'm not telling you not to -- but if you LIKE a masculine name, it makes little sense to try and feminize it by spelling it incorrectly (although I'm not sure WHY the idea that women can't spell well appeals in the first place ... seems an odd sort of logic to me LOL).
That said, the only other forms I would even consider would be Cadán or Cadáin -- actual Gaelic forms of the name that have long been in use. Of course, the latter seems it might lead to more spelling and pronunciation hassles in the long run, so Cadán seems the best choice if you're absolutely opposed to the familiar Caden spelling.

I actually always liked Cadence for a girl.
Caden, Kaden, Cayden, Kayden, Caiden
are the spellings I can think of.
