I think the doctors were able to to close the placenta, (I'm not exactly sure how) and now she has to stay in bed @ the hospital for at least 4 more weeks before she can have the baby.

I'm curious as to what could cause this, how it happens, and what it means for the baby.

Thanks for any answers!

I'm 19 and almost all my freinds (some even younger) are getting married and having kids, me I'm just going to college and have plans for medical school, oviously I'm def not planning on settling down soon I have my school=career first, I'd like to live the high life with my own money I earn and all the investments I will be making. but anyways I really can't picture myself having a family of my own, but being 30 and coming home to a big fine apt. by myself after a night out. but I already noticed that alot of girls are more of the "soccer-mom" type that was born with that motherly instinct. but me on the other hand. I (including family) noticed I'm more of the carreer-woman type and I really don't seem to have that motherly instict I'm good with kids I know how to talk to them, what to do and I love kids too but I can't be around them all day before they start to irk me. I can't picture me having any of my own.
Is it my age or the type of woman I am attributes?

I am 22 yrs old and I had a child at the age of 18 that pregnancy went perfect. My boyfriend have been trying for a second child. For 3 years I was on the depo shot and stopped it in Aug 06 and went on birthcontrol pills in Aug and September 06. I didn't get a period for 5 months and then I got 3 regular periods from March, April and May 2007. I found out I was pregnant in June 2007 but sadly it ended in a natural miscarriage on July 15th 2007 at 4-7 weeks along. I just got my first cycle back after the miscarriage which is exactly 2 months I got it on September 16th. So I would like to know your opinions on if we should try this cycle or wait. I have talked to 2 doctors and both have said I can try after my first cycle or wait. But I would really like your experiences with this or opinions. I very much appreciate all your stories and adivce. Thank you

It could be the littlest thing to set her off just turned 4 today she was upset that she could not get her way wanted to go to the store i was'nt ready had things to do . I explained to her this, she started screaming she could break crystal i put her in her room and shut the door told her she has to have time out , here comes another blood curdling screams. she opens the door i shut it again and again the battle pursues, she won't stop screaming, combo whine, kick the walls. She will not stop she'll go 15 minutes or so she gives herself a headache when she does this not including mine.
i 'll go in and try and calm her down with talking holding her doesnt want that right then, just screams and stares out in space like shes in a trance this scares me.. I am at lost in tears all day over this. any suggestions

My husband has a pit bull (came w/ him) and he is still young and very energetic. He is a nice dog, not mean and we raised him really well as far as violence. The only thing is I'm 61/2 months pregnant and at home most days so I have to take him out to go to the bathroom. He is sooooo strong and when he sees dogs or other people he gets so excited and yanks me. I'm only 125 5/8 and pregnant so he has more strength than I do. I am so fed up w/ it and if I don't take him out, my husband complains. I'm scared he is going to hurt me by pulling me in the ice when it gets cold. I also don't know about his hyperness and a baby. I'm afraid he will just jump on him and hurt him. Does anyone have big dogs? I love him, but sometimes I wish we never got him...What do you do w/ your big dogs?? Plus I'm sick of his hair and smell everywhere even though we wash him...he still misbehaves as far as tearing up couch cushions and gets in the garbage or food off the counter...He's like a baby himself!

or known a child on it? Does it really help. Do you think it would help a child with severe ADHD and other severe learning problems? I am a nanny for a 7 year-old boy and his almost 3 year-old brother (He will be 3 this month) They are both delayed, but don't have the same issues. The older boy is SEVERE ADHD, can't read, barely speaks, not potty-trained. I am not sure if it is worth it to the parents to pay $69 for the diet if it won't help. I would greatly appreciate any insight into this. Thank you.
